Stoneside was both professional and friendly throughout their interactions with me. Their customer support was responsive throughout the process. Sarah was great at helping me pick out the right shades and colors for my townhouse and was always responsive to my text questions. Jerry was a very knowledgable and professional in his installation, and completed the work quickly.

Stoneside installed shades a few years ago that still look and work like new, and Scott recently came out to fix a (self inflicted) issue — very easy to schedule and work with!

Such a rewarding experience to find this great company through an internet search! They responded quickly to my online inquiry. Amanda came and advised us, giving us lots of great info to help us make the right decision. She is a delightful young lady who has a lot of experience in this area. John arrived a few days later to measure. He was very personable and sharp! Today he came and mounted our custom, remote solar shades. We are extremely pleased! We couldn’t get these up fast enough because we were so eager to block out our harsh sun in our new home. However, Stoneside’s turn around time was excellent, plus they kept us well-informed on the status of our order. Thank you to this team for a job well done!

William and Dave were extremely efficient with installing my new shades and walking me through all of the introductory stuff. Very friendly guys and they take care in their install work and had my house looking as if they were never there!

The blinds they installed for me turned out better than I expected. Francisco was primarily responsible for this. After I had ordered the blinds, Francisco came out to measure and made some suggestions which turned out to make it perfect. He was courteous, informative, and extremely helpful. Stoneside came out when the blinds they installed for me a few years ago broke, leaving me with few options for light/heat reduction in the main bedroom during a summer heatwave. The tech was able to repair the blinds the same day, on site. Very happy with the service.

I had a wonderful experience with Stoneside. Anna, my designer, was phenomenal. She had a wonderful aesthetic and did a beautiful job of designing the perfect draperies for our bedroom that seamlessly went with the rest of the room. The materials were all of very high quality. Edgardo did an excellent job of installing the drapes. Both Anna and Edgardo were both extremely considerate and thoughtful. Regrettably, it's taken me over a year to write this review.

Fantastic communication and customer service. I have already referred this company and Jason to my family for their needs. I can't wait to hire them back for my living room blinds. The automatic blinds were the way to go and after living with them for a week or two I can't imagine going back. Also fast customized manufacturing!

Great service from Isidro, replaced the motor quick and made sure everything was working properly. Also helped us to fix cross signal issue with the Somfy App. He was courteous and very helpful.

The entire process from ordering to installation took a little shy of 6 weeks. We would recommend working with this company for blinds and shades and will be returning customers.

I had an idiot tenant blow up my blinds and was heartbroken. Scott came out the same day that I put in the service call and restrung / fixed my blind. Nice guy, respectful, and on time. Impressed with Stonesides service.

Excellent installation and high-quality products!

We had a great experience with Stoneside. Everything from choosing the roller shades to the actual installation. Alex and Carlos were the ultimate professions - friendly and helped guide us through all the steps of this process. The roller shades were also very high quality and I felt like we were able to get good value from our selection. Would highly recommend them to others - we've used other shades providers in the past and I'd say Stoneside is one of the best (maybe the best) in the bay!

Great design consulting (Melanie) to start it off! Pricing very competitive and super reasonable considering the high quality of the product. Installer (John) extraordinary. Communicates before install and knowledgeable with demo on how to use. We ordered solar shades for east facing windows and they are spectacular for blocking UV and diffusing sun to protect flooring. Thus is our second home that we contracted with Stoneside because why mess with a known GOOD thing!

He listened to our wants/needs and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. We spoke to 3 different vendors when looking for blinds and there was no doubt we wanted to work with Jason. Just finished an installation of seven shades in the dining room and kitchen. They look fabulous. We spent a couple of hours with Rebecca figuring out what would work best, and came up with some great solutions. Edgardo did the measurements and installation and it looks super professional. We got motorized shades and I'm so happy about that, all seven of them go down at once and can either go all the way down or all settle at a pre-programmed favorite spot that can be different for each shade. The remote control mechanism is quite simple to use.

My dog destroyed one of the blinds I got at Stoneside in 2017. When I called to tell them they very quickly sent a designer to help me order a replacement. Alex made the process so easy. The production on my custom blind was pretty fast considering the size and Carlos did a great job with installation. He even helped me out with some pieces for my old blinds that my contractor lost when I had my windows replaced. Would highly recommend!

Loved working with Andrea and Brandon from Stoneside Blinds and LOVED the final product! Roller shades that are both beautiful, function and efficient. We felt heard in our overall design aesthetic and Andrea made it happen (even within our budget). Brandon professionally measured, installed and programmed the roller shade remote to our request. Appointment times were scheduled around our availability and they were always on time. A perfect 5/5 for sure. We completed 4 windows and when we’re ready to do more, we know who we’ll be going too.

We used Stoneside to install shades in our new home and they did a phenomenal job! From the design selection process to ordering to installation, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Stoneside to anyone looking for window coverings for their home. We worked with Jason for the design selection process, and he was very helpful in showing us all our options and working up different quotes for us based on those options. he was extremely responsive and attentive through the few weeks it took us to officially decide what we wanted and to place our order. We had one item that had to be adjusted from our main order, and Stoneside ordered the correct parts and came back out within a month to have it completed. Justin, our installer, was excellent, and did a perfect job installing our 13 window shades. He was punctual, and the second time even early to show up for install. Justin explained how everything worked after completing the installation including charging our shades (how to connect the charger cables, and frequency) and working the remotes. We use our shades everyday and they all work seamlessly, and are just what we were looking for in our new modern home. Overall, the product we received was well worth the money, and is one of our most used items in the home.

Jerry came and did the measure and came back to install today. He was clean and My motorized transition shades added the finishing touches to new my home. Stoneside has been nothing short of amazing.

Our windows were a little unconventional but Rebecca was very knowledgeable and had good recommendations for our bedroom. She also listened to what we were looking for and ultimately we agreed on roman shades. Carlos came by to take measurements again and double checked the notes to make sure the installation would work. He then came back at another date to install the shades. He arrived promptly and installation took less than an hour. We are very happy with how things turned out and the process to get here.

I was ready to write a five star review based only on the pre-installation customer service. Alex Schwartz is definitely the guy to talk to. He contacted us several times while the blinds were in production just to let us know how things are working out. We actually received a handwritten note at one point thanking us for the business. A handwritten note for Pete's sake! I haven't seen one of those in years. Today, Edgardo showed up and we are well pleased with the result. Edgardo's customer service attitude is it as high a level as Alex's. At every step from initial contact to installation, everyone we've dealt with has shown sincere concern for our satisfaction and great pride of workmanship..This is practically a lost start in my experience. Vincent arrived on-time and worked at a good pace. He got the installation done in good time, but did not 'rush' the job. When he was done he showed me how to operate all the blinds, and how to work the remote for the motorized blinds. Very cool ??. The blinds look exactly like the samples we ordered from. Wow! We are so glad we selected Stoneside. Anna, our designer, was amazing. We were starting from scratch and really needed not only a sophisticated eye, but also someone to guide us through what otherwise would be endless choices. We selected motirized rollers that allowed light without blocking the green view. In a guest room, we needed a different solution (privacy honeycomb that can be too down and bottom up) that she made attractive with a fabric covered cornice. Our custom shades were ready in about 6 weeks and Carlos was wonderful to work with for installation. He worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. He ensured we understood how to charge the roller shade batteries (only once per year, if that) and left the space spotless. We highly recommend this business and Anna and Carlos!

Dustin did a great job of installing the blinds and working with the existing valances. The process was quick and easy.

We had an issue with one of our shades, so I called, and Dustin came and replaced the problem shade and put a charger on a second shade. The shade got fully charged overnight, and I gave Dustin a text, and he came by and removed the charger shortly thereafter. He did the original install of our shades and always has such a positive attitude.

We have just had remote controlled shades installed by Stoneside on two windows and a sliding glass patio door, and are delighted. Everybody we dealt with was polite, personable, informative and efficient. Riley Muir, our consultant, was impressive and ensured we understood every step in the process. Francisco, who confirmed the final measurements, was as personable and efficient as Riley. When the shades were completed and shipped ( exactly in the predicted time frame ) Chris Cooper called to set a date and time for installation. He was a pleasure to deal with, measured repeatedly, removed the old blinds and installed the shades quickly, but not in a rush, and then took his time to explain how the remote worked and programmed the patio door shade control to ensure access for our dog's pet door! Worth every penny! We replaced our 20+ year old basic aluminum blinds with custom zebra shades and up/down shades. I wish I had done this years ago! From scheduling the appointments, getting advice on designs, to day of installation, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Had an issue with one of our previously installed blinds running out of battery (we didnt have the charger on hand). Called Stoneside and they had someone come the next day to drop of a replacement charger! Appreciate the quick service, especially since our blinds were on the ground level.
