Both Melanie and Joe were easy to work with. They were punctual for appointments. Melanie throughly explained options for my two windows and two sliding doors. Joe was very professional during the installation explaining how to best care for my new window coverings. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Stoneside to anyone needing window coverings.

This is our second time getting blinds from Stoneside, and we had a great experience! We purchased blinds for part of our house a few years ago and decided to add additional ones. They helped us find great colors that work with our space, the products are high-quality, and the two tiny issues that we had that weren’t the company’s fault (slight tear in one blind and a handle that broke on another from sun exposure over the years) were fixed at no cost this time. They actually replaced the blind that had the small tear, which is amazing. The installer, Dustin, was friendly, professional and super efficient - I couldn’t believe how quickly the install went. 10/10 experience, which is super rare these days with really anything you buy! I’ve added a couple pictures though. I’m not really sure it does justice.

We installed Stoneside blinds in our home many years ago and are very happy with them. They work very well and have stood the test of time. Recently a couple of our blinds had some issues that needed some repair. We called Stoneside and they sent Rusty to take a look. He not only got both repaired in record time but did it in a very professional manner: he upgraded the chords so they would not have issues anymore (using a metal chord connector to replace the plastic one that had a tendency to pop-out) and literally took a blind apart and put it back together to repair a tangled chord that had gotten stuck. Nothing like a 10-year old blind that works like new. Highly recommend them. Quality products and service.

Justin was extremely professional and helpful. He arrived on time and finished the installation quickly. I work from home and could hardly hear him working, which was great since I had a lot of video meetings. I highly reccomend this company, and Justin specifically.

Sarah did a great job helping me pick the fabric with right color and texture for windows for three different areas in my home. After the shades were installed the rooms just opened up. Vincent was extraordinarily CLEAN, courteous, efficient, and on time! It was a delightful experience getting the blinds installed! He brought his own Magic Eraser and Clorox Wipes for Heaven’s sake!!! He cleaned up OLD scuff marks from the wall that he didn’t even cause! All in all - great experience!!

We had a great experience working with Stoneside for our motorized solar shades. Rebecca (the designer that worked with us) was incredibly helpful in her onsite consultation with recommendations on color and "openness" factor for our space and UV protection needs. Carlos (the installer) was also great to work with - he was right on time for the installation window and did a quick and flawless job. The shades look even better than expected and the motors work great so far. Overall would strongly recommend Stoneside and will be using them for another project soon.

She came in with hundreds of samples and within minutes of seeing each room and style she had options for us to choose from. We ended up with a mix of Roman, Cellular, Roller. All different shades of neutrals and we are SO happy with them all! Edgardo crushed the install of all of them as well! Super kind and got all of the jobs done very quickly. We purchased honeycomb shades from this company last year and had a good experience, so when we replaced all the windows this year, we called Shadestone to reinstall the shades. It was easy to schedule the appointment, and they were very accommodating when we had to reschedule. We’re very happy with Jeremy, our installer. He’s obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. He works carefully but efficiently, takes pride in his work, was respectful of our home, and cares about esthetics. And, he is pleasant to be around. We recommend this company.

The entire process working with Melody coming over for a consultation and her expertise in design and John installing was wonderful. John was professional and installed everything to perfection even going so far to vacuum the windowsills after screwing in the brackets shows the attention to detail Stoneside does. The spring in the honeycomb blinds in our master bedroom broke. We called Stoneside and they were quick to set up an appointment to have Dustin come to our place and repaired it at no cost. Dustin was on time, gave us an accurate ETA, and quickly fixed the problem. We bought the blinds over 5 years ago.

The Stoneside team did a great job with our blinds! Our designer, Anna, was really patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. She listened to all of our needs and was really collaborative in coming up with options and refining them to something we were really happy with. The team attended to details of install. I really appreciated that Carlos did both the final measurement and the actual install, so there was no room for misinterpretation or error. Edgardo and Carlos completed the install much quicker than expected, and left everything clean. There was a manufacturing issue with one of the blinds, which they spotted before I did, and I have full faith that they will personally follow up on making sure the replacement is fabricated and delivered. My only frustration with Stoneside during this project was that there was a delay with some boxes getting lost en route to the warehouse, and there did not appear to be an expedited process for scheduling installation once those boxes finally arrived. It added quite a bit of time to the overall project. But that is entirely out of control of the design and install team, who were stellar!

We have had the shades for 4 months and for the most part have been great. We recently purchased a second controller as we had one controller for 11 shades in three different rooms. We are using the second controller for the 3 shades in the bedroom and the first controller for the other rooms. Our orginal installer, Dustin, came out to install the new controller. While he was here, we had him regroup the shades into a more convient grouping. I had had trouble getting somfy connected to alexia but when i tried to show Dustin how it would not add the skill, it added the first time. Cool. We are very happy with all the shades and the multiple ways we can control them. The shades are also added to my smartthings hub so a routine closes the sun facing shades when the brightness from a smartthings multisensor reached a level.

Both John (the installer) and Abigail (the designer) were super cool and professional. Abigail was great at giving me some directions on what to go with and John was prompt and did his job perfectly and was super nice to talk to. The shades look really nice and clean Really happy!

Installer was on time. He explained everything to us. The job was performed professionally. He cleaned up after himself. Some clips were missing in the package, but he had spare ones in his van.

Let me start by quoting our Stoneside Installation Individual, Brandon, "Wow, these really elevate the whole room!" I couldn't agree with Brandon more. The Stoneside Designer, Jason Miller, worked with us to help create a fantastic solution that not only addressed our various aesthetic requirements, but also checked off all of the technical and functional needs as well. The drapes are impeccable and have beautiful cross talk with all of the elements in the room. However, it doesn't stop there, the walnut real wood blinds, combined with the tan colored roller shades do triple duty: 1.) The Blinds match our Mid Century Modern wood pieces throughout the room; 2.) They allow us to direct the light when needed and 3.) The Rollershades provide a functional protection from the UV rays while at the same time allowing us to still look out in the garden area. Between Jason's design assistance and Justin and Brandon with their check-measure and installations, this was an absolute FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE. Thank you! Will definitely be my go-to for future projects.

Ryan and Al did a great job installing our curtains. They worked quickly and efficiently, but still took their time steaming and making them look perfect! This is our second time working with jason, the designer and just like the first time around, he was great to work with. He helped pick out the most beautiful curtains that matched the rooms perfectly. We will definitely be working with stoneside again as we continue adding curtains to our home!

I had an excellent experience with Maria and Chris from Stoneside. My window treatments look great and the process of getting there was made easy by the team. Scheduling was easy and the company was able to work with my schedule. Maria, the designer I worked with, brings both expertise and patience, directing me to the best options for my needs and then holding up sample after sample to help me find the right fit for my space. She even returned to my place to resolve a few final questions before making the final order. In addition to all of that, she is easy to communicate with and great at making people comfortable. Chris did a lovely install. He was friendly, on time, and efficient. Beyond that, the installation went smoothly. Delighted with both the final product and the experience.

What an amazing experience, from start to finish . . . and could not be happier with the final outcome. The Stoneside designer, Jason Miller, helped to create a trio of Window Treatments that upped the "wow" factor in the room and elevated the whole space. We knew that we wanted to replace the drapes that we had in the space originally, but we also wanted to be able to control the natural light in the room. In addition, we also wanted to have a degree of protection from the UV rays, but not obstruct the view. What Jason helped design is absolutely amazing. He took into consideration our overall style as well as the cross talk between the various areas within this "great-room," just fantastic. Every part of our experience with Stoneside was wonderful! Abby measured during a snowstorm and didn't complain for a second, she was kind, knowledgeable and quick. She suggested blinds that fit my family's needs and didn't mind me emailing her 100x before finally committing ;) From there, Tommy came by for a second measurement - he was super flexible with timing and great with communication. Finally, William installed - he was wonderful! He made the entire experience so easy, especially during a work from home & kid school vacation week - a brutal combo. We just had two separate window coverings installed by Stoneside Blinds today, and we are delighted! Our process started with an appointment with their Design Consultant, Treasure Workman. She spent a good amount of time going over our needs and offered some wonderful design choices for each space. She was clear about the pricing, ordering process, timeline and installation; and we were very impressed by her communication and follow-through. Next we had a measuring appointment with Francisco Villarreal. He was very thorough and efficient in his measurements, asking all the right questions about how we wanted the finished installation to look. Within weeks our blinds were ready for Francisco's return and installation today, and they look absolutely wonderful! He was efficient in all his work and was able to de-install the older blinds. He ran through all the features of the new installation and had us try everything out to make sure we were satisfied. And boy, are we satisfied! Treasure and Francisco made this an extremely easy process, and are truly an asset to Stoneside's operations. We had gotten quotes from other companies, but were so happy we went with Stoneside. Every bit of the process was a breeze, and we are so pleased with the quality of the product and the installation. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Within weeks our blinds were ready for Francisco's return and installation today, and they look absolutely wonderful! He was efficient in all his work, was able to de-install the older blinds. He ran through all the features of the new installation and had us try everything out to make sure we were satisfied. And boy, are we satisfied! Treasure and Francisco made this an extremely easy process, and are truly an asset to Stoneside's operations. We had gotten quotes from other companies, but were so happy we went with Stoneside. Every bit of the process was a breeze, and we are so pleased with the quality of the product and the installation. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Alan and Stoneside are fantastic. After almost a year of having Stoneside blinds throughout our house one had developed a mechanical snag. Alan was able to come out and repair it as well as replace one that had been damaged in initial shipping all for free.

Dustin was great. He came and helped us with our broken blinds, which turned out to not be broken at all but just had the batteries in backwards. He was so nice about it and happily switched out the batteries, while conversing with 3 small children. Great service!!

I just had blinds installed by Vincent from Stoneside Blinds and Shades. I was contacted prior to his coming and he was ahead of schedule. He was prompt in staging the blinds, ladder snd tools needed. Blinds were installed within approximately an hour. He cleaned up boxes and trash as he went and staged it at the front door. Vincent was professional, easy to talk with, asked questions when necessary, asked if we had questions which he answered and was very efficient. We had a great experience and the blinds are perfect!

I had a wonderful experience with Amy at Stoneside Blinds and Shades. What I appreciated the most was the clear and open communication between us. She spent a lot of time describing and explaining our window treatment options and I came away feeling quite educated about the whole process.

We've now utilized Stoneside Blinds for 3 of our homes in the past decade. And having just been directly impacted by the Eaton Fire and forced to replace all of our blinds, we called up Stoneside again, ofcourse! We have a combination of electric roller shades and Cellulose Honeycomb blinds throughout our home. I must say, the Cellulose Honeycomb blinds are our favorite, being able to lift up, drop down and hold anywhere in any combination for privacy and letting light in. So many people from our neighborhood compliment and ask us about them since the strings are set far apart without a middle string, so it looks like it's just magic floating blinds. All that to say, we are beyond happy with our new replacement blinds. Thank you Treasure and our amazing installer Francisco who were immensely helpful and made this process seamless.

Melanie the consultant who gave me the quote and John the installer, were both very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The blinds are great quality and make my house look awesome. Craig , the designer and James, the installer are both very knowledgeable and super professional! From start to finish, they were great. Craig has a decorator’s touch…… he knows colors and styles and spent a great deal of time helping us decide on fabric, blind type, sun protection, and operation of our blinds.James was equally efficient, patiently explaining the motion feature, and answering any questions I had. He was able to install the blinds on a high window, without moving the couch!! A big plus! This company is very professional and I am so happy with the product and the customer service! Use them and you will be 100% satisfied!

We have wonderful new blinds just installed by Ryan from Stoneside. We’ve known for a while that we needed an upgrade from our old blinds, but didn’t know all the products and options. Stoneside’s designer, Dana, visited our home and gave us some nice ideas. She really knows her product! After we made our decision, Ryan came out a few days later to confirm Dana’s measurements. As they say, measure twice, cut once! Ryan returned about 4 weeks later for the installation. He did a great job and everything is just as Dana promised. They both are very professional, and friendly!

Ryan and Dana worked well together to produce a beautiful and perfect result for our home. Dana discussed and showed us our options, and was very thorough in that and with measurements. Ryan came by a few days later and took his own measurements, the idea being measure twice, cut once! Approximately four weeks later, Ryan came and did the installation. The product and the installation look beautiful. We are very, very pleased.

The only reason we did not use his Blinds was that this was a new unit and we decided to stay with the person we use for our original unit, for simplicity sake. Price was very competitive but I believe it was a different product. I would highly recommend Harry as representative of this company.

Had a great experience with Stoneside. Jason helped us design a set of motorized bedroom shades, and Ryan handled the installation. Ryan also took the time to adjust a small alignment issue with our previous guest room shades so they no longer catch on a wall protrusion near the baseboard.
