The process was super easy from start to finish. Jada came out and gave us a free quote and walked us through our design options- all were lovely! After placing our order and waiting a few weeks for the materials to arrive, Jerry installed the blinds for our business in under 2 hours! Quick and easy! The blinds look incredible and we are so pleased! The install itself was quiet and didn’t disturb our business hours at all. Highly recommend Stoneside blinds to anyone looking for new blinds!

Five star rating for several reasons; My original shades were installed in 2016 and stoneside Blinds has fixed little things over the years always saying “no charge under warranty”. Currently I need some changes and Andrea Schaff (sales team Stoneside) came out and took her time to offer great suggestions and ideas. This was a large purchase for us, and Jason and Justin helped us feel comfortable the entire process. Jason was very transparent on the costs, what he recommended, and helped navigate my concerns. Justin was the one who measured and installed the motorized blinds, and he was very respectful and considerate. I would definitely come back when we need it next!

We couldn’t be happier with the whole process from Anna, the seat who understood what we wanted, to John whose measurements were spot on to Carlos who’s quick and prefect installation. We’d certainly use them again if the need arises.

Edgardo/Carlos and Alex were phenomenal to work with. Alex worked with my spouse to select a custom set of coverings and treatments across our whole home. Edgardo and Carlos came by and very efficiently installed everything (which was not easy given the level of customization) in approximately 9 hours. We are incredibly satisfied with their work and could not recommend Stoneside more strongly. we would 100% work with them again were we to move. Pricing was fair and transparent for what we received.

I never post reviews and I specifically asked to write a review on here because my experience with Stoneside has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Moving to Cambridge I just happened to stumble across them on google, after trying to talk to two other window treatment companies who had bad customer service and made my life difficult. When I found Stoneside, everything got so much easier. Michelle came for the consultation and was so kind, thorough, and professional. They got the order processed quickly, and were so accommodating for my time sensitive requests. They even messaged me on a Sunday with updates. Above and beyond. William came to install and he was just so professional, quick, and had such great etiquette. He came out to remeasure Melanies measurements to insure perfect for the first time. Joe communicated with us when product received and ready for install. He really was a joy to be around. Designer, Jason, and installer, Ryan, were fantastic with listening to my needs and implementing beautiful and functional automatic blinds on patio doors and a kitchen and office window. Ryan was patient in explaining to me how the multiple channels worked on my remote device and set up the app well. So happy with the finished product!

Fabulous job from Stoneside! My husband and I have never picked out window treatments before. Reba answered all our questions, was very thorough, and her design expertise was exactly what I needed to help make decisions. She was a pleasure to work with and super responsive (even while on vacation). On installation day, John was here and was also extremely helpful! Pointed out anything we should be aware of with our new roller shades and made sure each shade was installed to look the best it could while keeping in mind door handles & alarm system sensors. We would absolutely use them again for our next home or project and if you’re looking for a company who truly values design, functionality, and customer service I highly recommend!

I found Stoneside based on Google reviews a while ago, quoted a couple different vendors and ended up choosing based on the very helpful designer (Melanie) and that they had their own in-house experienced install team. I had solar shades and cellular shades installed today by Joe and Jon, and am very happy! And even more thrilled that they sorted out all the details so other than picking colors I didn’t have to think about measurments/install/anything. Would recommend and use them in the future!

Early and efficient! These shades have been great for us!

This is our second house where we’ve had Stoneside come and do our window coverings. We did a total of 34 windows with mixture of roller shades & cellular shades, light filtering & blackout, and motorized & non motorized. Design was super easy and quick with Jason’s insight. He helped us with options to keep our cost low. Installation was just a quick. I appreciated that Justin, the installer, asked me questions to get the shades installed exactly how we wanted them. He also went the extra mile to put in a missing magnetic catch on one of our doors. We love the way our windows look now, and would definitely use Stoneside again in the future!

I had waited quite some time after I moved in to replace the old, clunky wooden-slat blinds because I dreaded what I thought would be a cumbersome process. Everyone I dealt with communicated well and I felt informed every step of the way. So happy with my new shades, and how they have enhanced the look of my home.

Alex, John, and Carlos were great to work with, and my new blinds are beautiful! Communication throughout the process was wonderful. My blinds (for 11 windows) came in with no delays, and installation happened 2 days after I got the scheduling call. I loved being able to see the samples at home without trekking back and forth to a showroom, and Alex was there to answer all of my questions. Carlos carefully measured, and when he was on vacation when the blinds were ready, John stepped in to install them. Everyone was super friendly. Great experience!

Our beautiful shades were expertly installed by Dustin. He’s very pleasant to work with very knowledgeable and very efficient. He took time to teach me how to use the remotes and to program the Somfy. He cleaned everything up didn’t make a mess anywhere and everything looks beautiful. The shades turned out beautiful just the way we hope they would and Maria Ng was a great designer helping us. I’m looking forward to programming the functionality of the shades. Then Joe and Jon came out and did an out of this world installation for us! They were professional, fast and walked us through the use of the remotes for our blinds. Best of all they cleaned up after themselves (they vacuumed up all debris from the demolition of the old blinds, wiped down the fascia and window sections and hauled out their own debris from the packaging). I highly recommend all three of these amazing people to anyone looking for blinds!

One of our blinds broke back in May and we decided to get them replaced along with the blinds in another bedroom. We had used Stoneside in the past and were happy with the service so we called them up again! Our consultant Sharon came by and gave us a few options and showed samples of fabrics to choose from. Once we made our choice, we paid and scheduled a time for an installation specialist to come by and do a final measurement. It took a few weeks for the blinds to be custom-made, and we scheduled a time for Jerry to come by. He arrived a few minutes early and got our blinds installed in about 15 minutes. Very happy with Stoneside and we'll definitely use them again.

Communicates before install and knowledgeable with demo on how to use. We ordered solar shades for east facing windows and they are spectacular for blocking UV and diffusing sun to protect flooring. Thus is our second home that we contracted with Stoneside because why mess with a known GOOD thing!

Just finished an installation of seven shades in the dining room and kitchen. They look fabulous. We spent a couple of hours with Rebecca figuring out what would work best, and came up with some great solutions. Edgardo did the measurements and installation and it looks super professional. We got motorized shades and I'm so happy about that, all seven of them go down at once and can either go all the way down or all settle at a pre-programmed favorite spot that can be different for each shade. The remote control mechanism is quite simple to use.

Stoneside was fantastic from start to finish. Michelle, my design consultant, was thorough and educated. She even came back a second time, once I had changed my mind, to make sure all of our needs were met. Then came measuring, easy & seamless, which gave us peace of mind knowing a professional was taking care of that part. Finally our install team, Ryan and Dave, were great. Polite, clean, and fast! They were educated on the product, walked me through each room and answered all of my questions without leaving a spec behind. I cannot recommend Stoneside enough!

Had a fantastic experience with Stoneside. Jason our design consultant was amazing to work with. He was prompt, communicative, and had great ideas to share when it came to choosing the styles we wanted for our window treatments. Brandon our installer was also amazing; very friendly yet professional and very thorough with his work. During our second round of installation we had both Brandon and Justin come out to work on it, and again, they were fantastic. Even scheduling with their office was an easy process, as they are incredibly quick to communicate, but maintain friendliness and professionalism all throughout. I called three different companies to get quotes for window treatments during this process, and Stoneside absolutely blows the other companies out of the water in terms of service and the varieties of offerings they have for design.

Alex, my design consultant, was as helpful as ever. He took the time to understand what I needed and made sure everything was ordered correctly. Even though this was follow-up work, he treated it with the same care and attention as a brand-new project. Caleb, the client resolution specialist, was incredible--he kept me informed every step of the way. From tracking down delivery timelines to checking in on install scheduling, he was always one step ahead. I really appreciated the proactive communication and quick follow-ups. And Carlos--what a pro. He came by, got everything set up, synced, and working perfectly. He handled the installation with precision and made sure everything was functioning the way it should before he left. It's not easy tech to deal with, but Carlos made it look effortless.
