Preparing for Your Measure, Installation, or Service Call

First and foremost, thank you again for entrusting us with your window covering project. We want to take a few minutes to help prepare you as to what to expect for your upcoming measure, install or service call appointment.

Before the installer arrives, please take extra care to be sure that the area around each window is clear of furniture as this will allow our installers to access your window treatments more easily.

When the installer arrives, he or she will greet you at the door and put on booties to ensure we aren't tracking unnecessary dirt into your home. They will then complete the necessary work, clean up after themselves, and ensure you know how to operate your new window treatments and are ecstatic at the results.
