Working with Sarah on choices right in my home so that I could see how various possibilities would look in the actual space where the blinds would be was incredible. I find Stoneside's process and customer service to be truly outstanding. Alan did the final measurements and later the installation, and as with Sarah, he was professional, prompt, and he thoughtfully wore shoe covers and left no trace of dust from the installation. I am very happy with the results. The cost was in line with companies I've worked with before where you look at all the choices in the store. However, with Stoneside you get the valuable additional benefit of having a professional designer come to you and work with you one on one in your space. I will look forward to working with them again!

Best customer service company in town with great products. We installed our blinds in the summer of 2021 and the quality is perfect. We needed some minor maintenance recently and Ryan the technician was great, easy to talk to and made the quick fixes a breeze. If you need window treatments for your place you will make the right choice with Stoneside Blinds & Shades.

Outstanding experience, beautiful and functional product. Scott my installer and Michelle my consultant were both exceptional to work with. Timely, polite, knowledgeable, efficient.

We first met with Amy to discuss options for our blinds and she was so sweet and very thorough when discussing all of our options. She was prompt with our contract and even texted us the day of install to say yay!! Vincent was our installer, he was super friendly and first came out to measure and again walk through the install process. When he arrived back a few weeks later to install he texted to let us know he was on the way and got straight to work. He discussed with us what notes we had as far as placement and had the job complete within a few hours. I would definitely recommend Amy and Vincent to any of my friends!

Rebecca worked with us to decide on the design for window treatment in our new home. Edgardo and Carlos did a great job with installation of our Roman shades in six rooms as well as some draperies. They arrived on time as stated and worked diligently. They kept us in the loop informing us of the plan. Before starting installation they laid our floors with padding in order to bring equipment and supplies into the house. While working, everything was kept nice and neat in one area and nothing was strewn about. They cleaned up as they went along to each room and even did a walk through to vacuum up any stray debris that may have been left behind. All in all, their work just added to the beauty of ur new home. I highly recommend.

This is the second time we've used Stoneside to get blinds for our house and it was as smooth as the first. Our rep, Dana, was wonderful--she helped us pick great cost effective options for us, in particular because we are renovating the rooms soon so we didn't want something that would cost a lot if we wouldn't use it for long. From my designer, Amanda, to my installers, Joe and John (out of Portland, Oregon). My experience has been pretty smooth. The only confusion was the height of the windows and being prepared for that. They were all very genuine and professional, Joe made sure I knew how to work the remotes and John was great to label and organize items for me. They cleaned up after and I’m very satisfied with the shades for our store.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sarah as our designer. Everything went smoothly with scheduling her to come to our house. We had 28 windows that needed coverings. She spent several hours with us helping us decide the best way to handle the light control and privacy needs in each room. She brought a lot of samples for us to consider color and texture. She took preliminary measurements. By the time she left we had all the specifics for each window and the cost of the project. We also had a clear understanding of the process of ordering and installing the window coverings. Sarah was very detailed and patient with us. The shades are all installed and we are delighted with the outcome. The are just what we had hoped for. Sarah and Stoneside Blinds and Shades were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Sarah and the company.

Dustin came out and reprogrammed our roller shades that I (and my cat) had messed up, and he made them even better than before! He had to reprogram all 10 of our windows and the remote, in addition to setting up our new hub. He was very patient and answered all of my questions too. Thanks, Dustin!

Allen was great! He installed 28 shades including 2 remotely operated shades, working about 6 hours. He was very meticulous in doing the installations. The two motorized shades were operating at slightly different speeds and he took the time to research possible reasons and solutions. He consulted with us when unsure about the placement of anchors for pull cords. He showed me how to remove the shades if needed, explained operating instructions where needed, and explained how to clean them. The shades look and function as we had hoped. I highly recommend Allen and Stoneside Blinds and Shades.

We had a great experience with a repair by Joe at Stoneside. He’s quick and knowledgeable and managed to do it on site. I am very happy with their service.

We had Stoneside fabricate and install motorized shades for our double unit condo five years ago. They still look great and operate well. We have needed to call for minor repairs a couple of times and Stoneside has always been very responsive - and never charged us another penny. We called yesterday with two issues and in less than 24 hours Jerry was here and able to address both repairs with parts on his truck - and still no charge. First of all the product is excellent. The blinds are well designed and,give the insulation and privacy that I wanted. The two young men, Antoine the salesman and Ryan the installer were each very, very experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and likable. They were both very respectful of my home as far as taking off their shoes and making sure there was not a tiny piece of scrap paper or anything left behind.. They were always prompt therefore I am completely satisfied with the product and service. Ryan was most sincere in telling me to phone him if I have any issues with my blinds. I will probably be contacting Antoine for another project. Ryan and Antoine both spoke very highly of Stoneside blinds and shades, which was very refreshing. Rebecca Diamond was a great design consultant, and offered a variety of helpful advice on solutions for each of the windows in my home. She made herself available for questions after our initial consultation, and continued to be a great resource throughout the project. Edgardo Sarmiento, the installer, was kind, professional, and efficient in his install. He took good measurements when he came out for the follow up to my consultation with Rebecca, and provided advice for mounting at tricky casement and awning windows. Their manufacturing time was quicker than estimated, and Edgardo did a quick and quality job installing the day we scheduled and was accommodating of timing needs for me. In all, I would highly recommend them, and this team in particular, for any window covering needs you have in the San Francisco Bay Area.

From start to finish, the Stoneside team did an amazing job! Anna did the home visit and spent time going through all the options with us. She also taught us a few tricks for the fruit trees in our yard. We had a lovely time figuring out what we liked and didn't like with her. Then, Carlos came to our house to do the measurements, followed by a second visit to do the installation. He was very respectful of the property and was easy to communicate with. The quality of the install was apparent- no unnecessary holes, perfectly level and looks great. We went with two-way honeycomb shades with vertical blinds for the sliding glass door. They did forget a couple non-functional parts in the initial install, but were good with following up to correct that. The quality of the blinds themselves beats out the honeycomb shades we see in stores like Home Depot. The price was definitely above the other quotes we got, but overall, they justify the cost with the level of service and quality of the products. If you have the money to spare, we definitely recommend reaching out to Stoneside
