During the consultation visit Anna was great advising us on the possible options to then determine the best one for our use and lifestyle. Later, during installation, Edgardo installed the blinds and guided us on how to use them and take care of them. We totally recommend Stone side blinds.

We needed blinds for our condominium, explored best retailer options, and StonesideBlinds.com was the winner. They had the best systems and a selection of fabrics that no other vendor could match. Stoneside Blinds' thoughtful process and its experienced of its team (sales, measurement, and installation) ptovided valuable insights tailored to our needs that resulted in blinds that exceeded our expectations and transformed our condo with their beauty and functionality. Our salesperson James visited us at our condo to understand our needs and take measurements. He provided us with great options and design insights that made our choice even better. When installation was complete we were blown away by how James' design customization suggestions (choice of fabric; black metal encasement on top without fabric inset/cover; and black metal bottom to complement out window frames) beautifully tied everything together. Dustin and Justin, our Stoneside Blinds’ installers, were outstanding. Dustin was collaborative and figured out how we could adjust the width of two of the blinds and how they would be mounted so they aligned with our window frames without gaps in covering windows. Dustin also shared helpful installation insights and was very knowledgable about Stoneside Blinds' brand new remote control system and mobile app. Dustin made the setup fast and easy. Justin and Dustin were great to work with and completed everything ahead of schedule. We give Stoneside Blinds our highest recommendation.

My designer Antwan and installer Ryan were two of the most helpful, friendly, tidy, creative, and easy-to-work-with people I have encountered while refurbishing my home. They were consistently on time or even offered me the option of having them come early, they were extremely respectful of my home (Ryan drilled into a concrete ceiling with one hand while holding a vacuum with the other to avoid any dust), and brought me a beautiful and functional product for every window in home -- they even delivered the product over a month ahead of schedule. I would recommend Stoneside to anybody.

Dustin and Justin from Stoneside Blinds did an amazing job both measuring for our new zebra blinds—making customization changes before ordering— and installing them. Installers were great. Curtain rod was too long for elevator so they carried it up 20 floors. Everything works great.

I had custom curtains and blinds installed yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the process and result. Stoneside provided clear communication about the timeline and what to expect at each appointment. My designer, Amanda, was fantastic in guiding me through the selection of styles and fabrics. Going through dozens of samples is overwhelming to me. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient (and fun!). She offered valuable insights and I never felt rushed or pressured. Once I made my choices and the order was in, much to my surprise, everything was ready to go weeks ahead of schedule. Joe and Jon completed the installation. They were efficient, thorough and their work was beautiful. Everyone I encountered at Stoneside was a delight to work with. Melanie was so helpful with the initial visit. She answered my questions and was able to really move the project along. She kept me informed as to the order and its progress. Joe is amazing! He was wonderful and patient, answering my questions and showing how the remote could be programmed and how the shades need to be charged. I even took a video while he gave the instructions. Together, they make a great team. We are very happy with our new shades (and the other ones that we ordered from you in 2020!)!

Stoneside was efficient in scheduling appointments, getting the measurements accurately, and installing on time. Special callout to Carlos and Rebecca for helping us --Carlos was always early for appointments (not typical in our general experience) and we were very happy with the final result. Also appreciated additional help like uninstalling and removing the previous blinds.

We had to replace a few blackout curtains at our place. Stoneside was fast, transparent, and straightforward. We worked with Rebecca to make sure we had what we wanted, and the shipment was faster than expected. Carlos helped take down and dispose our old blinds and install the new ones - he was early to the appointments, very fast at what he needed to do, and we're very happy with the results.

Sarah was really helpful and made the entire selection process easy. Lots of blinds and fabric options to choose from. Alan was great too- measured perfectly and the install was top notch. Both so nice to work with. I would definitely recommend them both and will be using them again.

Great company through and through. Had our shades installed earlier this year. Noticed two door shades were sluggish going up in a guest room we don’t normally use. Called SB&S and they sent out Ryan to take a look. He was very respectful and fast. Couldn’t recommend this company more.

We got price quotes from a few different companies but ultimately decided to go with Stoneside based on the sales experience. Anna really met us where we were at in terms of vision and price during the initial sales and planning process. Today we had the installation of 7 blinds total in two different rooms. We were fortunate to have Dustin as the installer. He was punctual and did an impecable job as well. He was patient setting different positions for the various blinds and as a result we are totally satisfied with his work. Dustin was also the person who came to measure for the job and he discovered the handle for my door would be on the way for the blind to go up and down. His observation allowed us to change to a knob for everything to work fine. Thank you Dustin! Great job!

Every step of the process was as it should be. Everyone arrived promptly and did their work to the highest level. Dana listened carefully to my window covering needs, analyzed the areas carefully, and worked through my choices with me. When there were problems to solve, she solved them. William came to measure and was just as quick, good natured and expert as he could be. Same for Tommy who installed the blinds. It took me several months before I was ready to focus on window treatments. I had a sense of what I wanted but I also know my ignorance about materials and mechanisms is deep. Dana's eye for color, texture, transparency/opacity and design is superior. The result is that the blinds actually look better than I anticipated. I have more windows to attend to and I will be calling back.

For every appointment, the designer and installer notified me and arrived on time. That might not be a big deal to some people but I really appreciate anyone who values my time. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but somehow, my ideas were put into a definite plan. The work was done very quickly - met Jason, the designer on 9/18, measurement confirmation by Vincent on 9/25 and installation by Vincent on 10/11! They were so efficient that I actually could have had the installation done sooner but I was not available. I’m just sorry that I waited so long to do this project because I am extremely happy with the final product.

I have been wanting to replace the dated, office-style vertical shades in my living room forever. I found DIY overwhelming, so I decided to have someone design and install for me. I choose Stoneside mainly because of their reviews, and I’m glad I did. Rebecca guided me through choosing the type of shades and the fabric, and made it so easy for me to decide. Carlos came by to take measurements and do the install. The entire process took about a month, and it could not have been smoother. I got top-down bottom-up cellular shades, and I love how I can adjust them however I want for privacy, or when I want to let more light through or I want to see outside. If you’ve been thinking about replacing your window treatments, just do it — it makes such a difference in your home. I used Stoneside for blackout shades in my bedrooms and a sheer roller shade in my office space. Anna and Edgardo were wonderful. I interviewed several companies and eventually chose to work with Stoneside because of the customer service and the trust I had in Anna, Stoneside's designer, who came to meet me at my home more than once. Edgardo is a kind, patient, and skilled installer. He spent all afternoon at my place helping me set everything just right. I think it makes a difference that Stoneside employs all its workers rather than relying on contractors as other companies do. I will be using them again when I redo the shades for the rest of my home.

I am impressed by Stoneside's customer service! Installed in 2021, a screw, of one of the valance brackets for my Roman style curtains, had pulled out of the wall. Within a day of calling Stoneside's customer service, Dustin was back out to my house to re-install the valance brackets. I wasn't charged a service fee. Thank you, Dustin and Stoneside!

I purchased Stoneside motorized shades about a year ago. When one of the motors on a shade went out this month, I called their service department to see what could be done. Within a week, they had a tech out to replace the motor at no cost. My technician, Ryan (same one who did the initial install), came by and did the job expertly. He swapped the motors, re-programmed the shade and had it working like new in less than 30 minutes. Great experience and would recommend Ryan & the team to anyone looking for a first-class window treatment!

We really are very happy with our blinds, but after 8 years, some of them had issues with the rollup mechanism. Brandon came to take a look and did a great job fixing them and even took the time to explain each issue.

I had never worked with a professional designer before but needed new window coverings in our “new to us” historic home. Melanie from Stoneside was so great to work with! She came to the house and gave great ideas and advice. The plan we came up with was in my budget and exactly what I was looking for! Stoneside uses in-house installers which made me feel confident that the installation would be done right. Joe came twice, once to take detailed measurements and then again to install the blinds. Joe educated me on how to use the various blinds and also shared “old house” info as he also owns an old house. Both Melanie and Joe were great to work with and made me feel at ease throughout the process. And we LOVE all our new window coverings (roller shades, Roman blinds and white wood-look blinds).
