I had worked with Maria Ng when she was with a different blind company. I had such a great experience with Maria, I agreed to work with her new company, Stoneside Blinds. It was the best decision. The shades she recommended were perfect, the installer, Isidro, was top notch. His work was flawless, both he and Maria were incredibly kind and receptive to anything I requested. I would definitely continue to work with Maria for my future window covering needs, and I plan to request Isidro for installation.

We needed our Stoneside blinds adjusted after painters reinstalled them askew. Isidro had them working perfectly again and trained us how to fix them should it happen again. Very happy with his visit!

Exceptional Service from Edgardo and AJ! Edgardo and AJ from Stoneside Blinds are absolute pros! After a previous technician failed to fix our fallen shade, leading us to buy $1000 replacement motor that did not even fit, these two gentlemen saved the day! With incredible professionalism and expert problem-solving, they repaired our original motor and reinstalled the shade perfectly saving us $1000 in the process. Beyond their technical skills, they were incredibly courteous and meticulous. They insured the alignment was flawless, and even took the time to teach me how to make micro adjustments to the shades features for the future. Truly a wonderful experience with two outstanding technicians, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

From Anna (Designer) to AJ (installer) to the first person who did the measuring, my experience with Stoneside has been nothing but great. I tried two other companies prior to finding Stoneside and was deeply frustrated with the customer service and the additional hidden costs. When Anna first came out to the house she was energetic, kind, highly capable, fun and had a good design sense. She walked me through the process of choosing the right product. The gentleman who came to measure (I can't remember his name!) was professional and very helpful, explaining everything I needed to know. AJ installed the blinds today and was competent, professional, kind and efficient. The blinds look great. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Stoneside and the people I encountered. There was good communication every step of the way and they got it done faster than expected. I finally found a blinds company I can trust.

Justin was kind enough to remove our current window coverings since we are replacing our windows. He's coming back to install all new window coverings next week. We've purchased from Stoneside in the past so we know everything will be perfect! Thank you Justin!!

Scott from Stoneside came out today to change the batteries in our Stoneside window shades that are up VERY high and really did a great job! He called to let us know what time he would be here, and was right on time. There is a fee with this service, obviously, but incredibly worth it.

I was so impressed by the quality of Stoneside's window coverings. I loved the fabrics in particular. Our design consultant was above all the best part about our experience with Stoneside. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She asked us all the right questions to get us to the right products. She was kind and polite and a joy to work with.

We just got our new window coverings installed today and I can't tell you how happy we are that we went with Stoneside! Riley, our salesperson was awesome. She is very experienced and professional. She brought a very large selection of samples to look at. Going from room to room it seemed like she knew what we were looking for right away. The majority or our selections were from the selection of samples she brought out for each room. Thanks Riley! Chris, the installer was great too. He was ahead of schedule for the day and was actually able to complete our installation a couple of hours earlier than scheduled. Everything went in perfectly and he answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Stoneside if you are looking for high quality window coverings.

Our designer Rebecca was great throughout the process. She was very patient with us as we went back and forth on what we wanted. She made helpful suggestions and did not try to upsell. AJ our installer was on time, very professional, quick, and cleaned everything up after he was done with each room. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a quality product.

Justin helped us expedite a motor replacement service. He was punctual, communicative, and respectful in our home. All our service providers have been great.

We have used Stoneside in the past for our sliding doors. Mechanized shades are great. We used them again for a large kitchen window. The selection of fabric and advice from Lisa worked out perfectly and Rusty is the best installer. He went out of his way to reprogram all our shades to work from one remote. Would definitely recommend them both.

Efrain was easy to communicate, friendly, and got the job done quickly. He gave heads up on delays due to road situations which was easy to work around. He identified the issue as soon as he arrived and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. As always, Stoneside in general has been five star when it comes to A/S quality. Thank you!

Riley was very knowledgeable when she helped us choose our shades to get just the right one. Shane was out today to install them they are perfect and he was very helpful showing us the remote, hanging the shades and even helping with someone else’s blinds! We will always recommend them and hope to use them again

First of all, Brandon, Don, and Caesar came promptly on time and were excited to start. They were super friendly and explained the installation process to me. After installation they noticed the curtains were a little low to the floor, and double checked with me if I wanted to lift them higher. I know it was extra work, but they were happy to redo it and did it! They were fast, clean and fixed it perfectly. I would use their services again for the next room in our home. I would like to thank Brandon, Don and Caesar for their hard work and I would specifically ask for them again in the future. ??

Justin performed a quick and efficient installation of our new blackout shades today. The materials arrived well packaged and everything was accounted for before the work began. Seven units were installed including light blockers and it all came out pristine and uniform. He was able to complete both of our kids rooms before their usual nap time and our son even fell asleep before I left the room (rare). So I'd say the shades worked perfectly as intended. Highly recommend Stoneside and team.

Eduardo (installer) and Alex (salesperson) did an outstanding job for us. We are new homeowners (a classic old San Francisco home) in a duplex with lots of oddly-shaped windows and some design challenges. Alex had some great suggestions for us on the specific shades and blinds that would work best for each window. He also kept our budget in mind and did not try to upsell us (e.g., get us to consider or buy more expensive options or get extra features that we didn't need). Edgardo was very meticulous and efficient when installing our new blinds. He was very careful and tidy making sure to place all blinds and his tools on top of tarps. He also was great about cleaning up afterwards snd he made sure to demonstrate the blinds, show me how to use the remotes as well as the manual mechanisms for the blinds before he left. I highly recommend Stoneside Blinds and Shades!! They know what they are doing and their employees are wonderful--very professional and competent but also just plain nice. The entire experience was just great--easy and smooth and their pricing was very fair and competitive (we did shop around and got 3 estimates before deciding to go with Stoneside).

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tommy as our design consultant. He did an absolutely outstanding job asking us what our objective was, listening, and recommending a solution that matched what we needed. At no point throughout the process did I feel like I was being “upsold” or paying for something more than I needed. His attention to detail (I.e., putting a chain on a specific side of the window as to not ruin the aesthetic) was extremely helpful for someone who does not get window treatments often. Lastly, Tommy was very patient throughout the entire process, making sure he spent whatever time we needed to feel confident in our selections. Edgardo came by to repair a few minor issues with the blinds I previously purchased from Stoneside and to measure for new roller shades in my bedroom. I also worked with Anna Mirsky on selecting the roller shades, and both Anna and Edgardo were fantastic to work with. Anna was patient and thoughtful in helping me choose the right fabric and colors, and she suggested options I hadn't considered--I originally planned to install Roman shades over my existing faux wood blinds. Edgardo is always friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, which makes the whole experience even better!

I just finished working with this fantastic company, and all I can say is that it was a wonderful experience. Our designer was Antwan, and he very patiently walked us through all of the options we were considering, never putting any pressure on us, and when he thought it was helpful, made some recommendations to us. Our first meeting lasted over 2 hours, and we finished it by signing a contract with the company. Antwan was so very honest and sharp in his design recommendations, my wife and I felt very much at ease. Then a few days later, we called and asked if we could see some of the samples again before we completed the contract, and he came over to our house the next day, along with Ryan, who does the installation, and he took his time to measure very carefully, explaining to us how our shades would look, making some recommendations to us, and as with Antwan, was so very patient and easy to deal with. If you need shades/blinds, I would highly recommend going with this company, and requesting Antwan as your designer and Ryan as your installer, as a team, they work great together. Btw, compared to a few other companies we visited, they were either price competitive, or even less expensive for the higher quality blinds we ordered. This is a company, unlike others we spoke to who are "find" in the Chicago market.

Edgardo was super quick and efficient with install, came early and communicated well, very polite. Highly recommend Stoneside for your window treatments!

Rob visited our home for a consultation for window treatments in our sunroom. We had met with two other companies before, but Rob won us over immediately. His knowledge of the products and ability to help us narrow down our choices to make the correct decision was effortless. James came out to measure and then install our new shades a few weeks later. James did a great job and completed the installation quickly, perfectly, and neatly. He took all the packaging with him when he left. We now love our new sunroom with the perfect shades from Stoneside.

We've just had our shades and drapery installed by Stoneside, and we're completely satisfied. Alex was our design consultant, and in one in-person meeting, he walked us through selecting the product that met our needs & desires. I'm glad that he had colorful options. Edgardo took care of final measurements and installation, and paid us an extra visit to help the drapery glide easily and quietly on their track. It took a fair amount of time for the drapes to be produced and shipped but they are worth the wait.

Great product quality paired with top service by very knowledgeable personnel. I had a very specific vision in my mind for the overall look that I wanted for all the windows in our new apartment. Abby, the consultant, carefully listened and looked at the various spaces. Her proposal lined up exactly with what I was hoping I could get. We went with a minimalist, clean look of roller shades. Dave came about week later to take precise measurements and collect further information since he would be the one doing the installation. During the installation everything went so very smoothly. Dave arrived on time and worked very efficiently. He explained how motorized shades worked and coordinated with us on how we would like the remote controls to be programmed. When he left, everything was so clean and tidy. There was small snag, one of the shades was the wrong size - a manufacturing mistake. Stoneside handled it so very professionally. They kept me informed during the entire process of getting a new shade. Dave promptly came and installed the last shade once it was ready. It was as hassle-free as possible and of course at no extra cost. I now know where to go for any future window treatment needs.

Joe was extremely professional, meticulous and helpful. He made sure the shades were installed properly and all details were addressed. He also spent time training me on how to program and use the remotes. Overall I’ve been very happy with Stoneside. And it’s all because of the people. We just had shades installed on two bathroom windows, one very large and the other small. The large one has an automatic opening/closing feature. Ian was our designer on the project, and was extremely responsive and helpful. He came to the house to review the situation and explain options. He volunteered to come out a second time if necessary, but we were good with the single visit. Isidro was our installer, and things could not have gone smoother. He arrived on-time and completed both installations in 40 minutes. He explained the remote control and battery charger operation, and left the work space completely clean. We have no hesitation in recommending Stoneside. If we have additional window work in the future, we will use them.

We had a great experience with Stoneside from initial consultation right to installation. Alex, our design consultant, spent over two hours during the initial appointment walking us through the various available design options (we have tall windows) and explained the trade-offs while chiming in with his recommendations on what would work/look the best. He even set us up with temporary blinds so we could move in while waiting for the blinds to be fabricated and delivered. Alex also kept us updated through the process and was always responsive when we had questions about scheduling, ETAs etc. Post contract, our installation technician was professional and did a meticulous job measuring the space, thanks to him, the blinds were a perfect fit Installation was also extremely smooth. Francisco, our installer, was super punctual - he showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule! Everything basically worked like clockwork! We're very happy with how the blinds look and would recommend Stoneside to anyone optimizing for predictability and peace of mind, not just cost.

Ryan was my installer. He was extremely knowledgeable. There were a few issues with the order but he was able to rectify on the job site. He was able to easily instruct the operation of the automatic blind feature. The patience he had for an older customer is commendable. Our whole experience with Stoneside was fantastic. We had inherited some old vertical blinds in our timber loft condo when we bought it 10 years ago. One of our blinds would not charge. Edgardo replaced our charging pigtail and our motor, explained how everything worked, and left us with an extra pigtail. He was timely, polite and considerate of our home. When we have our windows replaced, he will remove our blinds and then put them back up. We feel well taken care of by him and the company. I highly recommend Stonestown Blinds. They are a league above our previous blinds.

The timeline was clearly set out during the consultation and turned out to be highly accurate. Day of install Scott (Scott Visger) was very courteous and took care in our home, and our cats. Installation went smoothly and Scott was happy to answer any and all of our questions. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a high quality professional solution for you shading needs!

I absolutely love my blinds!!! The service was amazing the blinds are impeccable, this was an older home. The previous owner did not have blinds in the living room, but they matched the old blinds perfectly the color the style. I am 100% satisfied. Tommy and Brandon, went above and beyond! Stoneside did a great job our new window covers. I'd never bought blinds before and had no idea what we needed or how it worked. Maria, our designer, came out to our house, showed us all the options and helped us pick out good roller shades. Isidro and Dustin did all the measurements and installed them quickly. The whole thing took about 8 weeks from first contact to install. We did an entire 4,200 sqft house with 11 large windows and the whole thing came in just under $10K, which was less than I expected. I would definitely use Stoneside again.
