We recently worked with Tommy from Stone Side Blinds, and the experience was honestly exceptional from start to finish.
Tommy provided true white-glove service while helping us choose the perfect window coverings for our home. I genuinely had no idea what would work best for our space, especially because I suffer from allergies to dust and dust mites. Initially, I thought curtains would be the right option, but Tommy took the time to honestly explain how much dust curtains tend to collect and guided us toward a cleaner, more practical solution for our needs.
What stood out most was that Tommy never tried to upsell us or push the more expensive option. Instead, he truly listened to our concerns, priorities, and lifestyle needs — especially regarding my children’s allergies and the functionality we needed in different areas of the home. We ultimately chose top-down/bottom-up shades, and we could not be happier with the decision.
On top of that, Tommy showed incredible patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. One of our children became ill soon after our meeting, and we had to make changes to the contract. Tommy, was patient in making changes while we were in and out of the doctors offices. He was thorough, clear, understanding and at no point did we ever feel rushed, ignored, or pressured.
What I appreciated most was how genuine and sincere he was. There were no gimmicks, no pushy sales tactics, and no pretending to be someone he wasn’t. He was simply humble, knowledgeable, honest, and focused on helping us make the best decision for our home.
Tommy is honestly one of the best examples of how residential sales and customer service should be done. Because of him, I would absolutely use Stone Side Blinds again. So far, I give Stone Side an A+. Once we have final measurements and install I will update again!
