And the installation was all the better because the installer, Edgardo, couldn't have been nicer. You felt at ease working with him and he was incredibly professional. Overall, my experience with Stoneside has been very positive. Designer Rebecca did the in-home consultation, and she was very personable and knowledgeable, and just assertive enough to gently guide me through my indecision. Carlos did the installation of roller shades in the kitchen and sheer drapes for the bay windows in the living room; he was very pleasant and very efficient (though the work did not feel rushed.). Everything looks great, including the small roller shade I chose for my front door window. Considering the apparent quality of the shades and drapes, and the exceptional service, I couldn't be happier with the results.

Anna came today to consult on shades and curtains. She is a caring person and good natured (nice to have) and answered all questions. She gave us thoughts about how various products would function in our space and had a lot of design know how to contribute if wanted. We did want her opinion and found her talented and honest. No hard sales, just help to solve the window needs. She calculated the cost of what we would need during the consultation and made a follow up appt to talk on the phone.

The blinds look amazing! Communication and responsiveness were great. Scott did a fantastic job on installation.

Everything went wonderfully and I'm simply so happy I discovered your company! Today Francisco came and installed 10 shades in our home, and the results are phenomenal! He arrived in a timely manner, was very nice, and did beautiful work! Prior to Francisco's installing the shades, a lovely young woman named Treasure came to the house and consulted with me about choices of shades (textures, colors, etc.) and was most helpful; the entire experience was a true joy! I highly recommend Stoneside Blinds and Shades and cannot imagine going anywhere else!

Carlos Gonzales was great. He came to change our motor that was defective and it was a complicated replacement. Carlos was very kind, on time and explained all the challenges since our original part was no longer made. We really appreciated all of his knowledge and I really wanted to thank him for his help.

Francisco just left after servicing the blinds we've had for many years. Not only did he show up on time, but he arrived with a smile and the best attitude ever.

On March 12th, I had the pleasure of meeting with Reba Walker, a Design Consultant with Stoneside Blinds and Shades. I found Reba to be personable, professional, knowledgeable of her company's products and a great communicator. I liked the fact that she spent time to find out what we had in mind. She went through the various options, the differences between products; showing us pictures via her tablet. Once we narrowed down the product, she had sample books to show us the product, suggested various colors and texture options that would work for our rooms. She made it very easy to make our decision. Reba went through our order, the necessary paperwork, discussed our warranty, next steps and what to expect. Through out our time with Reba, I could tell that she really enjoys her job and made it a great experience. I would highly recommend Reba Walker with Stoneside Blinds and Shades.

I found everyone easy to deal with...Michelle who helped us make our selections, Nicole who worked on scheduling with us and William who measured and installed everything perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

My wife and I worked with Reba Walker and Jeremy on our new blinds from Stone side blinds and shades. We first worked with Reba on the selection of the blinds the color of the blinds and she explained the entire process to me and everything was easy to understand. Next Jeremy came out and took measurements he was very professional and explained everything that he would do once the materials arrived. Today on March 8th 2025 Jeremy arrived on time quickly installed the blinds explained what he was doing in detail and made sure that my wife and I questions were answered. I highly recommend stoneside blinds and shades very professional and my wife and I love our new blinds. We want to thank again Reba and Jeremy for their professionalism.

I was experiencing a particularly challenging period due to my husband's illness and lacked the time to search for shades. I discovered this outfit and, with a single phone call, scheduled a meeting. Rebeca visited my home, assisted me in selecting the appropriate shades, took measurements, and thoroughly explained their services. A week later, Carlos conducted a second measurement, and today he installed the shades. Rebeca and Carlos are exceptional professionals who demonstrated remarkable kindness and helpfulness, making my life significantly easier. I would like to award them the highest rating possible. The shades are exquisite and have transformed the appearance of our home.

I worked with Melanie and Joe for our motorized blinds installation. Melanie came to consult with us and gave us great ideas and showed us samples. I loved her friendly demeanor and helpfulness. She gave us very transparent pricing. We set up our final measurement appointment shortly after, and Joe came to do that. Joe was incredibly helpful with giving me insight on what to expect for the installation. He came about two weeks afterwards to install everything. Everything had to be ordered after the final measurements. Once again, he was so incredibly helpful with explaining little nuisances with the installation and how to operate the remotes for the motorized blinds. Everything looks so good! We are so happy to have gone with stoneside.

Sarah and Alan are the absolute best to work with! Sarah spent a long time with me helping to understand and decide on what beat suited my usage and decor style. Alan came by for final measurements and again for install and was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes or so! Including explaining general care instructions. Everything is lined up nicely with our discussed inset. I very much appreciate them both for their patience in working with me and asking questions, and Stoneside the quality product.

I first worked with this company ten years ago and the three roller blinds have been a greet asset to my home. I reached out to them for my new sliding door that needed a window covering as well as two other windows. James, the same friendly and knowledgeable designer from ten years ago came out to explore some solutions and design options. Dustin accurately measured and promptly installed our 3 window coverings. Stoneside had a great team and lots of quality options to choose from. We had a lot of fun going through all the samples.

My blind ripped and the company replaced it. Vincent came out to install the new blind and found out the battery on the remote needed replacing in order to program the new blind. Vincent went to Home Depot, Target, Walgreens, Best Buy and every place was out of stock. He called to inform me when he saw Jewel/Osco and said I'll try that place. Yay they had it. This is service above and beyond anything you expect. Thank you Vincent, I truly appreciate all you did. I recommend Stoneside blinds to everyone.

Our Stoneside installer ‘Alan’ and our design consultant ‘Jada’ were absolutely terrific!! Jada was so patient and helpful to us when she came to our home and showed us all the feature/fabrics we could choose from. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our needs/priorities in the various spaces we wanted to have solar shades/light filtering shades installed. Our installer, Alan, just left after doing a fantastic job of installing all the shades we ordered. I’m very particular about spacing etc, wanting to be sure the brackets were installed at similar depths and he went over and above to make sure I was happy with the end result. He also stayed with us to make sure we knew how to open/close our shades from the App that he also helped us set up/navigate. We have nothing but praise for each of these professionals and for the Stoneside brand!

Among the several companies we contacted, Stoneside stood out as the one company that answered our questions, gave us a budgetary quote and offered a solution that cost no more than lesser options. Lisa was our first contact and brought samples and provided professional advice, with never any pressure. Once we decided to move ahead, Randy came to measure and then do the installation. The results, both the blinds and the installation, are fabulous, better than we could have imagined. Along the way, I contacted Blinds.com, Costco, and a few others, and most failed to clearly communicate, never called back, or had poor Yelp reviews. What was confusing was that some of these companies advertise national brands, but then push to use an unknown brand. Stoneside, on the other hand, was much more professional, clearly communicated at each stop, and their prices turned out to be in line with the other options.

Rebecca worked with us to decide on the design for window treatment in our new home. Edgardo and Carlos did a great job with installation of our Roman shades in six rooms as well as some draperies. They arrived on time as stated and worked diligently. They kept us in the loop informing us of the plan. Before starting installation they laid our floors with padding in order to bring equipment and supplies into the house. While working, everything was kept nice and neat in one area and nothing was strewn about. They cleaned up as they went along to each room and even did a walk through to vacuum up any stray debris that may have been left behind. All in all, their work just added to the beauty of ur new home. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sarah as our designer. Everything went smoothly with scheduling her to come to our house. We had 28 windows that needed coverings. She spent several hours with us helping us decide the best way to handle the light control and privacy needs in each room. She brought a lot of samples for us to consider color and texture. She took preliminary measurements. By the time she left we had all the specifics for each window and the cost of the project. We also had a clear understanding of the process of ordering and installing the window coverings. Sarah was very detailed and patient with us. The shades are all installed and we are delighted with the outcome. The are just what we had hoped for. Sarah and Stoneside Blinds and Shades were wonderful to work with.
