We had a great experience with a repair by Joe at Stoneside. He’s quick and knowledgeable and managed to do it on site. I am very happy with their service.

We had Stoneside fabricate and install motorized shades for our double unit condo five years ago. They still look great and operate well. We have needed to call for minor repairs a couple of times and Stoneside has always been very responsive - and never charged us another penny. We called yesterday with two issues and in less than 24 hours Jerry was here and able to address both repairs with parts on his truck - and still no charge. We would recommend Stoneside without hesitation to anyone looking for top-grade, durable products and top-notch service from people like Jerry!

Service was great. Staff was easy to reach and understanding. Installation was quick and once the system was installed it was very easy to use even for people who aren't good with technology.

I am so glad we went with this company to design and install blinds in our new condo. Melanie came, brought samples, made excellent recommendations and she is my neighbor! Joe came later, checked measurements and made suggestions also! He gave me info on dealing with front door side lights for privacy. Today was the install. Joe was on time, efficient and explained everything completely. My friends were there for the install as I am out of town. I got photos and text updates. The work was completed in 90 minutes. The blinds look amazing and the home was left spotless, all debris from packaging removed. Highly recommend!!

First of all the product is excellent. The blinds are well designed and,give the insulation and privacy that I wanted. The two young men, Antoine the salesman and Ryan the installer were each very, very experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and likable. They were both very respectful of my home as far as taking off their shoes and making sure there was not a tiny piece of scrap paper or anything left behind.. They were always prompt therefore I am completely satisfied with the product and service. Ryan was most sincere in telling me to phone him if I have any issues with my blinds. I will probably be contacting Antoine for another project. Ryan and Antoine both spoke very highly of Stoneside blinds and shades, which was very refreshing. Stoneside is obviously a very nice company to work for. If I could give them more than five stars, I would! I highly recommend Stoneside without any reservation whatsoever. Joe and Amanda are a great team. When I reported a minor repair need for my blind, Joe came to my condo within 30 minutes and completed the repair in 15 minutes. Joe knows what he is doing!

I had my window treatment consultation today with Craig Landry and was blown away by the experience. This is my 3rd consult and I was so impressed with the attention to detail and expertise Craig had to offer that I purchased my blinds the same day. It’s apparent he has an extensive background in design and he was exactly what I NEEDED. The other two companies merely provided the options, whereas Craig asked questions and provided suggestions and real design guidance based on his expertise, my responses, and the space we were working with. He really took his time with me and by the time we were done, I felt confident and excited about my decision. Looking forward to my installation and I will definitely use this company again!

Had a very speedy and efficient experience with Alan’s installation of our shades this morning. The design process was very clear and we were provided with many swatches and options for our shades.

From start to finish, Stoneside was great to work with. While priced rather high, the quality seems really good, and the people who work with Stoneside are friendly, helpful, and insightful. Rebecca Diamond was a great design consultant, and offered a variety of helpful advice on solutions for each of the windows in my home. She made herself available for questions after our initial consultation, and continued to be a great resource throughout the project. Edgardo Sarmiento, the installer, was kind, professional, and efficient in his install. He took good measurements when he came out for the follow up to my consultation with Rebecca, and provided advice for mounting at tricky casement and awning windows. Their manufacturing time was quicker than estimated, and Edgardo did a quick and quality job installing the day we scheduled and was accommodating of timing needs for me. In all, I would highly recommend them, and this team in particular, for any window covering needs you have in the San Francisco Bay Area.

From start to finish, the Stoneside team did an amazing job! Anna did the home visit and spent time going through all the options with us. She also taught us a few tricks for the fruit trees in our yard. We had a lovely time figuring out what we liked and didn't like with her. Then, Carlos came to our house to do the measurements, followed by a second visit to do the installation. He was very respectful of the property and was easy to communicate with. The quality of the install was apparent- no unnecessary holes, perfectly level and looks great. We went with two-way honeycomb shades with vertical blinds for the sliding glass door. They did forget a couple non-functional parts in the initial install, but were good with following up to correct that. The quality of the blinds themselves beats out the honeycomb shades we see in stores like Home Depot. The price was definitely above the other quotes we got, but overall, they justify the cost with the level of service and quality of the products. If you have the money to spare, we definitely recommend reaching out to Stoneside

Another wonderful experience with Stoneside. I had used them 4 years ago to add blackout shades to my primary bedroom and they did excellent work. I had them work on custom mini blinds for 2 windows and once again the work and customer service were excellent. Their designer, Melanie, was actually the same one from 4 years ago. She helps determine your needs and gives you options for each solution type. She does amazing work and is very customer focused. Once the blinds were made (right on schedule!), my installer, John came over and expertly installed them and made sure everything worked perfectly. He did an amazing job! Extremely happy with our entire Stoneside experience. Melanie first visited to discuss our needs and provided great advice and recommendations that were in keeping with both our tastes and colors. She showed us an extensive range of color and fabric samples allowing us to select the window coverings we knew we’d be happy with. Johnathon was next to visit to do an exact measurement of the sliding glass door and windows to be covered. I was impressed that he took the time to double check his measurements to ensure accuracy. I am so pleased I found Stoneside. My rep, Dana, was a delight to work with. She was prompt and knew her products. She was right on point with explaining their process. Installation was efficient and flawless. He worked without a break and I couldn't be happier with the finished job. Delivery was right on time and my rep stayed in the process keeping me advised. If there is one tiny downside, the scheduling people were confusing and made that detail a bit harder than it needed to be. All in all, would I buy and have them install, ABSOLUTELY!

This is the second purchase of a round of Stoneside blinds for our windows (replacing some Hunter Douglas blinds that have failed and cannot be repaired). Treasure presented hundreds of fabric samples and assisted in me selecting the perfect one and she measured so well in fact, that when Francisco came out to measure, they had the same measurements documented. Francisco came to install my motorized drapes right on time, and it was white glove service. He was very focused and installed them with ease and left no mess behind. He explained how they work and programmed my remotes for the drapes on the spot. I appreciate both of them!

Jon was the best installer, so friendly and polite. One blind replaced and another new one installed in less than 30 minutes. So pleased we chose Stoneside, they stand behind their products and have great communication and customer service.
