We had an issue with one of our blinds and Stoneside was able to send out a technician within days. Scott came out, showed up on time, fixed the issue quickly and was nothing but professional and courteous.

We got estimates from 3 different vendors and chose Stoneside since it fell into the middle pricepoint and had the best customer service by far. The entire process from design consultation through installation was handled with ease and grace. Rebecca the designer was great to work with and gave us some good tips to help us make a decision we were happy with. Edgardo the installer was friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with the new solar shades in our living, dining and stairwell!

We cut to the chase and took only a few minutes to find the perfect fabrics. William came back to measure and again to install. Not only is he delightful, efficient, and professional, but my dog adores him. Shades look great, exactly as I hoped. They are also a great value. Stoneridge is really the best in all ways.

Mariko, my design specialist, and Carlos, my installer, did a great job helping me pick out and install roller shades for the whole house. From initial design consultation to installation took about 6 weeks and the customer service and communication was helpful, consistent and clear throughout the process. I'd recommend them and Stoneside for sure!

Extremely happy with our entire Stoneside experience. Melanie first visited to discuss our needs and provided great advice and recommendations that were in keeping with both our tastes and colors. She showed us an extensive range of color and fabric samples allowing us to select the window coverings we knew we’d be happy with. Johnathon was next to visit to do an exact measurement of the sliding glass door and windows to be covered. I was impressed that he took the time to double check his measurements to ensure accuracy. Finally Joe arrived armed with our completed custom blinds and curtains for the installation. It was quickly evident Joe is an experienced professional in his work with an eye for detail in the finished look of the installation. As the installation progressed Joe demonstrated how everything worked and shared very helpful tips regarding the both operation and cleaning of everything, and easily answered all our questions and concerns. We are completely happy with our new window coverings. It was a pleasure doing business with Stoneside Blinds and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Our motorized shade was not functioning properly - we were able to schedule an appointment quickly to get it checked out. Vincent was friendly and efficient - he fixed the issue asap !

I am so pleased I found Stoneside. My rep, Dana, was a delight to work with. She was prompt and knew her products. She was right on point with explaining their process. Installation was efficient and flawless. He worked without a break and I couldn't be happier with the finished job. Delivery was right on time and my rep stayed in the process keeping me advised. If there is one tiny downside, the scheduling people were confusing and made that detail a bit harder than it needed to be. All in all, would I buy and have them install, ABSOLUTELY!

This is the second purchase of a round of Stoneside blinds for our windows (replacing some Hunter Douglas blinds that have failed and cannot be repaired). The Stoneside blind product is fantastic and they improve it with each generation. Now they are cordless! They have some really beautiful colors. The lifetime guarantee is a huge plus. We've worked with Heidi (designer) and Dustin (installer) once before and each of them are so professional and expert and easy to work with. I cannot recommend this company and their team enough.

The Technician, Jerry Venable, was very efficient in the installation of my kitchen blinds. He was helpful in showing me how to use my new blinds. He was very punctual, which I really appreciated. I would recommend Stoneside.

Reba Walker, my consultant, was wonderful. She spent hours at my house and stayed until we got every window covered. She even came back so that I could see what we picked out with the sun shining in the windows. She has a great eye for color and made several great suggestions. I made a lot of decisions and she made the whole process more enjoyable.

I love my new roller shade! We have an extra wide window and a few companies turned us down because they didn’t have wide enough shade options as I wanted a single piece. Working with Treasure and Francisco was an absolute joy. Treasure presented hundreds of fabric samples and assisted in me selecting the perfect one and she measured so well in fact, that when Francisco came out to measure, they had the same measurements documented. Francisco came to install my motorized drapes right on time, and it was white glove service. He was very focused and installed them with ease and left no mess behind. He explained how they work and programmed my remotes for the drapes on the spot. I appreciate both of them!

Jon was the best installer, so friendly and polite. One blind replaced and another new one installed in less than 30 minutes. So pleased we chose Stoneside, they stand behind their products and have great communication and customer service.

Overall, Stoneside was very communicative and service oriented. Carlos was timely, courteous, and efficient with the installation. We're pleased with the results and customer focus. Would gladly work with them in the future.

Chris was fantastic!! He called about half an hour prior to arrival and got here right on time and started the install. He was very professional and conscientious in keeping everything safe and protected — completed the job in just a few hours and thoroughly tested the system to make sure everything worked smoothly — which it did! Scott installed blinds on 4 3'x8', 2 3'x6' windows and 1 door. He was efficient, fast, and professional. The blinds look and work great (the window blinds are motorized). I would buy from Stoneside again, and want Scott for the install.

My designer Antwan and installer Ryan were two of the most helpful, friendly, tidy, creative, and easy-to-work-with people I have encountered while refurbishing my home. They were consistently on time or even offered me the option of having them come early, they were extremely respectful of my home (Ryan drilled into a concrete ceiling with one hand while holding a vacuum with the other to avoid any dust), and brought me a beautiful and functional product for every window in home -- they even delivered the product over a month ahead of schedule. I would recommend Stoneside to anybody.

We had to replace a few blackout curtains at our place. Stoneside was fast, transparent, and straightforward. We worked with Rebecca to make sure we had what we wanted, and the shipment was faster than expected. Carlos helped take down and dispose our old blinds and install the new ones - he was early to the appointments, very fast at what he needed to do, and we're very happy with the results.
