We are so pleased with our Stoneside experience. The whole process was incredibly painless. Ian, our designer, met with us in our home and helped us determine the right type, material and color of blinds to match our needs and our lifestyle. He was a very good listener and was able to guide the process of making the decisions, which was really important to me. On top of that, his personality was delightful even while he remained professional and respectful. Izzy, our installer came to our home to precisely measure before the blinds were ordered. He was on-time, professional, pleasant and efficient. Weeks later, he installed the blinds, displaying the same attributes as before but also organizing and cleaning up with little to no impact on our day other than leaving our home with beautiful and perfectly fit new blinds. At one point in the process, he helped us think through a decision that impacted how pleased we were with the end product. We highly recommend Stoneside and absolutely love our new blinds.

Our experience with Stoneside has been awesome. Every person I have dealt with has been great. Jason helped us make design decisions, and Brandon did an excellent job with the install. Justin helped finalized the install and was just as helpful and professional as everyone else. We felt that our time and property were respected and would definitely recommend!

I had my beautiful blinds installed today. I must say, it was the best experience I've had with installers/contractors in a long time. Justin went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my blinds was installed correctly. Justin is a respectful young man who enjoys his job and does excellent work. Great experience with Stoneside updating some old blinds in our house. Dana was wonderful to work with and spent time helping us pick out the right fabrics, and install was super smooth and easy with Scott! Everything looks great and the team couldn’t have been easier to work with.

I appreciated the great customer service from everyone I interacted with, beginning with the people on the phone, to my designer, Ian, and Isidro, the person who measured and installed the roller shades. We had to reschedule the measuring twice due to construction delays and everyone at Stoneside was very understanding and accommodating.

Ms. Dana Liszewski came out to work up a quote for some window coverings for our house. She was very knowledgeable about the products she represents. We loved her enthusiasm and energy. She gave us so many good ideas. All the samples were beautiful and we had a quote that same afternoon! She also worked at saving us money. It was a pleasure working with her. Thank you, Dana!

Just had four beautiful custom roller shades installed by Stoneside today. Edgardo, the installer was friendly, prompt and thorough with the installation. Anna, the designer from Stoneside spent two hours at my home to pick the perfect window treatments that would match my needs and taste. Stoneside is a very organized company which provides quality products and excellent customer service. Prices of the window treatments were competitive with other quotes that I received from other local companies. Thank you for doing a fantastic job!

We bought several shades from Stoneside about 2 years ago ago and are very happy with the quality. We had a shade that was damaged and still under warranty And Stoneside said that they would take care of it! Throughout the whole process everyone at Stoneside gave excellent customer service. Justin came out and assessed the situation and put in an order to replace the damaged shade. Edgardo came with the new shade and was prompt and professional when installing the shade. Great instal as always.

This has been a wonderful experience working first with the decorator, Anna (we made the selection and finalized the contract in one visit.). Then the scheduler, Maria (who quickly got back to me). And, especially with Edgardo who installed the new drapes. The entire process was seamless. My drapes are just what I wanted! And what I liked foremost was dealing with one entity—Sunside. No chasing down contractors. They work as a Team. Yay!

Reba was awesome to work with! She explained everything very clearly and provided us with exactly the plan for our windows that we were hoping for. Super personable as well! Highly recommend her.

Ryan and Al were absolutely amazing with the install, especially their precision and eye for detail. The design by Antwan and final product all came together quite nicely. Highly recommend Stoneside!

I recently met with several reps from a few different blinds installers. Anna was the rep from Stoneside and her help was entirely consistent with Stoneside's exceptional reputation for informed, careful, patient assistance. What was particularly different about Anna was degree to which I felt like I was working with someone who was advising me exactly as they'd advise a family member. Also, she did a lot of simple things that I simple did not receive from the others (e.g., she turned on her phone's flashlight to help me see the difference between samples in terms of light filtering. Simple idea, I know. But I hadn't thought to do it and neither did the other reps who visited me. And it was entirely illuminating). There was no moment that felt pitchy or like up-selling. Contrary to other reviewers, in my personal experience, I did not find there to be a significant price difference among companies (I'd define that as more than 10%). So, the real difference for me lay in the quality of the products, and nature of the advise/consultation. I did not question Anna's knowledge or selfless intentions for a single moment. Add to that, Stoneside has a process that is really reassuring. From Anna to the follow-up team who swung by to confirm measurements, to the explanation Anna gave of the process from purchase to installation. This firm just feels like a really well-oiled machine. All of the parts in synch and working well. All of these qualities I found to be deserving of all of the stars available.

We really love the shades we purchased. Professional designer did a great job and Jerry the installer was excellent. He treated our house as his own. Would use this company again for any further purchases.

Stoneside Blinds & Shades offered us the most comprehensive service, from initial consultation to measuring and re- measuring to the final installation. Alex and Carlos gave us exactly what we wanted and more. Alex listened and heard my wife's need for external light modulation while we both wanted the convenience of remote controls. Sun shades were our basic requirements, then came the fine tuning with % of light allowance, color scheme, remote controls, etc. We cannot recommend Stoneside more enthusiastically! If you want a company that listens and gives you what you want and need, and not just sell you what they have, you need to get Stoneside's advice. And, their prices are fair and very competitive.

Stoneside's thoroughness, attentiveness, and ability to prioritize the customer is unmatched. I worked with Ian specifically and he was great! He was able to meet me at my restaurant and came super prepared with multiple styles, types, and samples so that I could see how each metric effected the type of shades I'd be getting. Ian was incredibly professional and helpful in getting the quote set up and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend working with Ian if you need blinds or shades for your home or your professional environment!

I absolutely do not have words for how well Rusty has treated me on our service appt on 11/13/2025. He was also the one who did the initial installation about 5-6 years ago and he was also awesome then as well. Today just showed me that Rusty is consistently a bad mamma jamma! Absolutely great product-we have all new gorgeous blinds-and great team. Michelle was our designer and because of her expertise she made our selection experience so efficient and effective. We love everything we chose! The installers Ryan from Chicago and Dave from Norwood were just incredible. Both of them were so kind, so thoughtful, and ever so careful with the installation process. Everything was left cleaner than when they started! They also took the time to explain how the remotes and chargers worked. It was also so refreshing because Dave spoke so highly of Stoneside and in particular of his boss. I highly recommend Stoneside and their outstanding team.

Scott and Johnny these blinds are amazing. Install was quick and painless with no mess. Scott took the time to let me know what would work better as far as looking when installing and showed me the differences before installing on living room window. He even patched up some paint that was previous scraped off due to wear and tear. I highly recommend these guys and Stoneside Blinds.

Riley took time to design and pick out the fabric based on my home aesthetic and our window covering needs for each room. She helped think through several layout options and price points. Francisco’s service to install the blinds took less time than expected. He went over tips and tricks on use and maintenance and helped touch up paint in hard to reach places. From my first appointment to final install to everything in between, consider me a happy customer! Including pictures of part of my order, a high window and some of our living room coverings.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Our design consultant Riley was very helpful in explaining all of our options. Phone and email communication was super. Everyone I spoke to was kind and friendly. Our measure day was super quick. On install day our installer, John, was here a little early ( but checked first to see if that was ok). 7 windows up and installed in 2 hours including instruction on how to use each different type. He made sure everything was level, operating correctly, and looking good. Everyone and everything was super professional but also very friendly. Great combo and great job!

I have been using and working with stone side blinds and shades for about 3 years now. I have used them in my primary home and just got some blinds installed in my condo. The installers are always very professional. Amun and Scott installed my blinds today, they were very punctual in fact early and are great at communicating with me as well as working with me on the design during the install process. They are very informative and I trust that they know what they're doing. Dana has been my designer that I've been working with as well for the past couple years and she is always very accommodating, explains everything very well and is also very understanding of my needs. We just got our Stoneside blinds installed (to relieve a huge daytime glare problem), and we are absolutely thrilled with how beautiful they look! Our designer (Jason) was spot on with his color and style recommendations. He absolutely nailed it and our blinds complement our interior decor beautifully. The motorized rollers are quiet and sleek and worth every penny. Our installer, Vincent, was an absolute delight to work with. So professional, efficient, and personable. We really enjoyed him. Communication with Stoneside has been exceptional (so uncommon these days for many businesses). We had texts, emails and phone calls confirming every step of the process, from initial consultation, ordering, and delivery, to final installation. The time from order to install was only a few weeks (which frankly surprised us with how quick the turnaround was). This is a really wonderful company to do business with and we cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service is unparalleled and their products are beautiful and very well-made. 5-stars all the way!

He was attentive to all of my requests and very professional when installing shades and curtains. He took his time and everything was perfect! I used Stoneside Shades to install a total of five new shades in my home, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I decided to switch because my large 90+ inch Hunter Douglas shade kept breaking every few months, and I was over it. I talked to three different companies in the area before choosing Stoneside. The main reason I went with them was my sales rep, Alex Schwarz. He was super kind, straightforward, and didn't try to use any of those pushy sales tactics. The other companies kept throwing out "one-day only" deals and fake discounts after "checking with their manager," which felt shady. Stoneside didn't do any of that. For the measuring and installation, I worked with Edgardo, who was awesome. He clearly knows his stuff and was really friendly the whole time. One of the shades came in a little too big and wouldn't lift all the way, but Edgardo made it work so I still had something usable. Stoneside later replaced it without any hassle, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience. The shades look great, and everyone I worked with cared about doing things right. I'll definitely use Stoneside again for future window treatments. If you want high-quality shades and people who are honest and easy to work with, I'd highly recommend them.

I am a 90 year old man and have a difficult time explaining some things so I will just say that the lady that came to my house to sell me the blinds was very polite and helpful and then I got an e-mail saying I had to remove the old blinds and clear the areas of furniture and things blocking the installer this was upsetting as I am unable to the climbing and lifting .My worries proved unfounded as the installer told me not to worry he di it all and replaced everything when he was done .He was very competent and kind and did a great job in short great product, great people.

Everything about working with Stoneside Blinds was easy. We wanted a company that could help us with both design and installation since we'd just completed a whole house remodel. We met with designer Sarah, who helped talk us through options and colors, and when consistency of color is important since we needed blinds for two floors. Sarah measured all of our windows and Alan, the installer, came a few days later to double check all measurements so that the blinds would fit perfectly for our custom sized windows. The blinds were ready sooner than expected, Alan expertly installed them in a short amount of time, and we absolutely love the finished look. Our Stoneside blinds complete the look we wanted for our newly remodeled home.

We had to replace a Somfy motorized shade where the material ripped. Unfortunately you can't replace just the fabric and had to replace the entire unit. But everything went great; it was a smooth process and fairly quick. Isidro was quick in getting measurements, uninstalling the old/installing the new shade and programing it to the existing remote. And Maria our designer, was great in finding a near perfect match (because the original color was no longer in production after 8 years). I highly recommend the team here in Seattle, WA!

The warranty with Stoneside is great - we had an issue with our drapery several years after installation and they came promptly to fix it. Edgardo was friendly, efficient and fixed the problem right away.

Reba, our design consultant, was absolutely fabulous to work with. I had previously met with another company that left me feeling confused and not confident about the design choices. During my appointment with Reba, you could tell she has not only been in this industry for a respectful amount of time, but she also has valuable interior design experience. The appointment was thorough, the pricing was shockingly competitive even though their quality is known to be higher, and the overall experience was smooth, which is exactly what I’m looking for at seven months pregnant in the final weeks of building a home.

Was given an estimate on the spot, and once confirmed I had my blinds installed within about 6 weeks. Dave the installer couldn’t have been more pleasant, and he left the room clean upon departure. Great customer service. Carlos, who came to take final measures, was even kind enough to fix some of my existing roller shades that had broke. I shopped around a bit and their prices were very reasonable, and the rep had given me an even better option than roller shades for my master bedroom to give me the privacy and room darkening capabilities that I wanted.
