We just had our shades from Stoneside installed and could not be happier with the outcome. The process went exactly as outlined to us initially. There were no delays even though we actually changed our mind about one of the windows along the way and had to meet with our designer, Anna, a second time to choose a different shade material. Anna was great to work with throughout the process. She was patient with us and helped us choose the right shades and drapery for our home while keeping our budget in mind. The communication from the entire team was great. We were told exactly how long everything would take and what all the different steps along the way would be. AJ, our installer, was good about giving us a heads up about his arrival time and was always on time (both during the measurement appointment and the installation). He did a really great job installing the shades and cleaned up after he completed each window. That was awesome because we had expected to do a lot of cleanup post the installation. If you're looking for beautiful shades and professional installation for your home, definitely check out Stoneside!

Dana was our designer and Dave was our installer. They both did a great job. Dana has a good eye and made great recommendations. Dave was very thorough and professional. Two of the shades were a bit off from the measurement. Dave made them work temporarily, but insisted on having them remade. The end product was perfect.

Had a great experience with Stoneside in Atlanta. Rob was super knowledgeable in regards to all things shades and was key in helping pick out the right shades for our home. Reached out to Stoneside to select shades and blinds for our windows and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. It started with Rob who took the time to help us choose the perfect colors and fabrics to match our home. Because we have some unusual windows Rob partnered with James the install manager to make sure everything would be built and installed correctly so it would look as good as it functions. We really appreciated them going the extra mile and working with their regional manager to ensure we got the right solutions. Installation was quick and the finish result is exactly what I imagined. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stoneside to anyone looking for window coverings. Ask for Rob and James they’re fantastic!

Stoneside is the best. Abigail, the designer is clearly so good at what she does, she knew right away what would work best in my space and made everything move so expediently. William the installer is amazing too. He was right on time, communicated when he was on the way, pays attention to detail and made sure everything was installed perfectly. He is so kind! He reached out ahead of our appointment to come prepared with specific recommendations based on our space and our personal preferences. Once he arrived, he was thorough, walking us through many options and spending a few hours as we customized our 3 floor townhouse. Ian remained communicative throughout the process, and Dustin was great throughout the installation process. He worked quickly and our shades are beautiful! My experience working with Reba Walker as my design consultant has been impeccable. From our very first design consultation, she was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. As someone installing roller shades for the first time, I had a lot of questions, and Reba took the time to explain every detail, break down the options, and make the entire process simple and stress-free. This is my second order from Stoneside. I expected excellence and that’s exactly what I got. The installer, Rafiel, notified me letting me know that he was running early (which worked out better for my day’s schedule). He was personable but more importantly, super efficient. The blinds look great and I’m totally satisfied with the entire experience - from start when I ordered the blinds to the installation.

Wow! Every step in the process with Stoneside was top-notch and clearly communicated. With her design expertise I now have a beautiful bedroom and living spaces. The shades and draperies came in on time and scheduling the install was quick and easy. The entire team I worked with to get a blackout on my floor to ceiling window was amazing, from the designer Rebecca who was really patient, paid attention to every detail of my very large and oddly shaped window, and came up with the best solution for what I wanted to accomplished, to Rafiel and Vince who did the installation in a very profesional manner and made sure all the adjustments were perfect.

Amun was an AWESOME installer! Everything was done super clean and fast! He made sure everything worked properly and even had an issue from the manufacturer that he took care of seamlessly on site! Michelle was the designer that spent a lot of time with us making sure we knew all of the options for colors and styles available and that we were happy with our choices! Stoneside is really top-notch. The lifetime warranty is honestly a cheat code. The entire team there is super professional and talented. I had 8 windows done - everything was smooth from start to finish. The designer helped me pick out which shades would look right for my home (I had no idea.) One blind ripped but was still under warranty - absolutely no problem getting it replaced. Both times my blinds were installed by Francisco - he was awesome and made sure to answer any questions I had before leaving with my new blinds installed (quickly!)

Solved the issues with my bedroom windows and both windows in the study. My bedroom is now very dark when I have the shades down and the study prevents the sunlight from glaring on the TV.

One of my newly installed blinds developed a problem and I was unable to raise it. I contacted Stoneside who set up an appointment within a week. Nick just came out and was able to correct the problem quickly and professionally.

Got the shades to black out as much as possible for the baby. Maria is the designer and she's very professional. She is very effective and the plan works very well! I absolutely LOVE Stoneside! I have worked with Jason twice now. He has an amazing eye for design and makes recommendations that lineup with exactly what a customer wants and needs. My most recent experience was with a window treatment for a picture window in my bathroom, with which I had been struggling for a while. Of course, I contacted Jason who came over promptly to evaluate. He was very patient with my indecisiveness. When he saw I was struggling with fabric choices, he recommended an option I never would’ve thought of. I was excited about the choice, but there’s always some apprehension. As before, the installation process was clearly communicated to me. Brandon and Oliver notified me when they were on the way, they arrived promptly, and they did an excellent job on the installation. The results are fantastic, and I could not be more pleased!

Love how are shades turned out. Amy was wonderful to work and has a great eye for design. John was prompt and meticulous in installing ensuring it all came together perfect !

We are so happy with our blinds! James U. the designer, came to our house with so many samples and spent the time to make sure we chose the right shades for us at a price point we felt comfortable with. Dave, the installer, did a wonderful job measuring and installing the shades. Make sure you leave a few months between the purchase and when you expect them to be installed - these shades have to be custom made to measure.

Scott the Man who did the measuring and the installation was great. He installed the blinds quickly and did a great job even patching a little place where there was a previous Mark on the wall from the old blinds. Took the old blinds and put them in the dumpster for me I can highly recommend him and the company.

We loved working with Stoneside Blinds for our drapes and blinds. Melany was so helpful when it came to picking all the details out and I like that they bring the whole kit to you so you can see all the samples in your own space. She was fun and easy to work with and we are so happy with what we ended up getting with her guidance! The total price was significantly less than the other quotes we had gotten and did not sacrifice any value. Joe did a wonderful job installing our drapes and blinds today! Diana and Dave were amazing to work with, they made sure I got what I wanted for my home and everything came out great.

Not all window covering companies are the same! I had my heart set on draperies, and the first company I called said drapes are old-fashioned so they referred me to a local company. Unfortunately the local guy could only offer drapes with pinch pleats and fabric that looked like something from the 1960's. After 3 months of delays, I decided to switch companies. So I called Stoneside. Rebecca, the designer, came the following week and listened to my needs. She offered me exactly what I had envisioned, and it cost less than the previous estimate. What a pro!!! She placed the order, and about 6 weeks later Justin and Rafiel installed a new track and the floor to ceiling draperies. The guys were super-careful not to leave a mess or soil the draperies. They did a great job of installation! The next day after installation, I noticed that one of the panels had darker fabric halfway up. I called Justin and texted a picture of the flaw. He agreed that it looked bad, so he reported it to Stoneside. Soon after that Stoneside agreed there was a flaw in the panel and agreed to replace the draperies. Today Rafiel expertly replaced the entire set of draperies! These are exactly as I dreamed them with Rebecca! I couldn't be happier!!!

They provide a true concierge-style service - coming to our home, helping us think through the design, planning the right options, taking measurements, coordinating scheduling, and handling the final installation. I appreciated his concern for the aesthetics and his patience and help with selecting shade colors and collections. Measurements and a quote was provided by the end of the meeting. I would recommend Stoneside to anyone, especially to those who not deeply well versed in window treatments. The only downside was that the quote was valid for a shorter period of time (about a week?).

TLDR: Great customer service, highly recommended. We bought the entire house shades from them about 10 years ago (2016). Right after pandemic, we bought three more panels from them. We had some shade issues over the years and we just call to schedule service with them. Whether that is under warranty or not, they just send technicians to fix those shades for us. We are generally happy. Today they came over to fix the motorized panels for us again. Great work is done. I really enjoy their work, the care to details, and the effort to put it. Their shade might be a bit pricey, but their CS goes a long way. We are very happy with their service and will continue recommend them to our friends.

Dustin from Stoneside Blinds just came to my home for a little maintenance on my blinds, this is the third time he has been in my home because he installed all my shades and blinds when we moved in to this house. It's nice to see that Stoneside doesn't have a lot of turnover and is sending a technician that I already met and my dog already met.... we're like old friends by now. Dustin is professional and skilled and handles everything like a BOSS. He's also friendly and good with pets.

This is my first experience with Stoneside and I honestly don’t think I’ll look at another service in Chicago. I cannot recommend Stoneside enough. Heather was our design consultant for our massive project (20+ windows, some shades, some blinds, and a couple custom curtains). I was overwhelmed as this is the first home my partner and I have owned and she made it so easy and took away so much of the stress and helped me make great design choices. We had Isidro for the final measuring and the installation and he is also magnificent. Not only was he kind and professional, but all our blinds were installed perfectly. He took the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was how I wanted it and made sure I knew how to use everything before he left. The turnaround time was much faster than initially stated so that was a huge plus with summer right around the corner. I am amazed at how much his really brightened up my rooms and enhanced the spaces overall. The blackout curtains are essential with the sunlight I get where my house is positioned. I would highly recommend this company and tell you to not worry about looking anywhere else. They made this a very smooth process and really put care into their work. 10/10

After Maria took us through samples to pick out our shades, our technician, Isidro, stopped by to double check the measurements and a few weeks later install our fancy new system!! I was so happy with the shades they installed in my addition that I had them come out to do my living room. We had picked a different manufacturer and were unhappy with the quality. Stoneside issued us a credit to choose new shades no questions asked! Was very happy with their customer service.

We contracted with Stoneside Blinds and Shades to design and install shades throughout our home. Their designer Craig was extremely knowledgeable about their extensive product line and options. After a lengthy consult he was able to provide us with a quote on the spot. We had another vendor come out to quote as well, but they did not have all the options of Stoneside. On a follow-up visit James came out and measured all the openings to double-check the job. The installation a few weeks later went very well. I can’t say enough about Amun, the installer. He was given half a day to do a whole day job, but refused to leave until all the work was done. Amun is a consummate professional who took every issue that arose in stride and never lost his cool. He made sure we were completely satisfied with the work. We are! Thank you Stoneside and Amun.

We recently worked with Tommy from Stone Side Blinds, and the experience was honestly exceptional from start to finish. Tommy provided true white-glove service while helping us choose the perfect window coverings for our home. I genuinely had no idea what would work best for our space, especially because I suffer from allergies to dust and dust mites. Initially, I thought curtains would be the right option, but Tommy took the time to honestly explain how much dust curtains tend to collect and guided us toward a cleaner, more practical solution for our needs. What stood out most was that Tommy never tried to upsell us or push the more expensive option. Instead, he truly listened to our concerns, priorities, and lifestyle needs — especially regarding my children’s allergies and the functionality we needed in different areas of the home. We ultimately chose top-down/bottom-up shades, and we could not be happier with the decision. On top of that, Tommy showed incredible patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. One of our children became ill soon after our meeting, and we had to make changes to the contract. Tommy, was patient in making changes while we were in and out of the doctors offices. He was thorough, clear, understanding and at no point did we ever feel rushed, ignored, or pressured. What I appreciated most was how genuine and sincere he was. There were no gimmicks, no pushy sales tactics, and no pretending to be someone he wasn’t. He was simply humble, knowledgeable, honest, and focused on helping us make the best decision for our home. Tommy is honestly one of the best examples of how residential sales and customer service should be done. Because of him, I would absolutely use Stone Side Blinds again. So far, I give Stone Side an A+. Once we have final measurements and install I will update again!

Alex, our Stoneside designer was meticulous and implemented exactly what I wanted (motorized solar and black out shades) . He followed up closely every step of the way and worked closely with AJ who did the precise measurements and installation. In the end, I am very happy with the value that Stoneside provided and recommend them fully. Alex and AJ were specially a great team to ensure the project went smoothly and to plan.

Amazing service, products, as well as installation. I am absolutely in love with the whole home motorized Roller shades that we have put into our unit. The process from estimation and design to installation was very easy and flawless. We recently had an issue with accessing a charging port and Stoneside promptly schedule an appointment for a service technician to come out. I have had my blinds for at least four years. I love the blinds, and Stoneside has always been responsive. I just had an issue with the charging aspect, and Jerry fixed the issue and adjusted all the other blinds so that this issue would not happen again. So happy with the experience and products. Recommendation: get the voice-activated blinds. So nice!

Both Riley and Shane were very professional under an outstanding job was very meticulous in the installation and made a number of minor adjustments, taking time to be sure that the shades fit perfectly and look good.
