We have had Stoneside blinds on 15 windows for over 10 years now. We are very happy with them. We had an issue with one of them recently that was because of something we did wrong. Joe was our service technician. He did an awesome job - fixed our problem and taught me a couple of new things about our remote controls that I didn’t know. I highly recommend Stoneside for window treatments.

Stoneside exceeded all of my expectations. From the start, they were very prompt and responsive. My designer, Alex, prepared in advance by requesting photos, and arrived on time armed with lots of suitable options. My installer, AJ, was also right on time and did a beautiful job. Throughout the project I was kept informed of the status and next steps, and everyone was helpful and pleasant.

Rafael was amazing!!!!! The most detailed technician we have had from StoneSide. Our programming for the various zone was a mess and he cleared them all up and replaced a motor!

Dustin was prompt, professional, and efficient, and friendly. The blinds look awesome!

Abby was our designer and was extremely helpful providing us many options for our windows as well as opinions on the fabric characteristics and structure of our choices. On the day of install, Dave and William were efficient, respectful and took time to show us how each different window treatment functioned (electronic and manual) before leaving. We would definitely use Stoneside again.

We had an excellent experience with Stoneside from start to finish. Our designer, Craig, took plenty of time during the initial consultation to understand what we were looking for and helped us choose the right styles, colors, and level of light allowance for each individual window. The entire process felt very customizable and personalized rather than one-size-fits-all. I also really appreciated that Stoneside scheduled a second measurement before installation to confirm all of the dimensions. That extra attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence that everything would fit correctly when it arrived. James handled our installation and did an excellent job. He was quick, respectful, friendly, and clearly took pride in his work. He paid particular attention to leveling, spacing, and keeping everything symmetrical across the windows, which made the finished installation look very polished. Everything was accounted for on the first trip, and we had no issues during the installation. Overall, the process was organized, professional, and genuinely personalized from the initial design consultation through the final installation. We’re very happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend Stoneside.

Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and had lots of good ideas. She made the whole process fun and easy to pick out the shades. Joe did a fantastic job of measuring the windows and putting up the shades. Next time I need shades, I will go with this company and the same people if possible.

Everything was so smooth from consultation to installation. We were immediately impressed by their products. Our designer James and our installer William were both awesome. Hector was great installing my blinds. He was courteous, polite, and cleaned up after installation. He was running a little late, but was thoughtful to call to let me know his arrival time.

We had a great experience with Rebecca and Rafiel. Rebecca walked us through the process and was super helpful in picking out colors and options. She even took the time to research a few color interactions for us and got back to us later. Rafiel was courteous, professional, and quick. He made us feel comfortable and did a great job with the installation. I’d highly recommend them! :)

Installers James and Bijan, and designer Rob did an AMAZING job! I am so happy with my new blinds??

Alex, our designer, was great helping us sort through many options to zero in on what would work best for us. He really detailed the differences so we understood the pros and cons of each option. Ordering was easy and efficient, and AJ, our installer, was out to take measurements within a couple days. He was very professional with the installation, making sure everything was put back and cleaned up when he finished. Stoneside isn't the cheapest option, but the service and quality of the product are excellent. We are very happy with the final result!

Got my final installation last week. AJ and Rafael were efficient and on-time and did a great job! Really love what Alex and I came up with up for this room that just needed an elegant framing for the windows. We are so happy with all our Stoneside window coverings! Highly recommend them for trouble-free satisfaction!

To say that I had a very nice experience with Stoneside blinds and shades. Very prompt, very professional, very knowledgeable. And then you can add in the friendliness, the patience and the care that they give you while you are picking out which pattern you want when they come to measure. Just the whole experience was very nice and I would most definitely use them again.

Stoneside Blinds and Shades is wonderful! We had the pleasure of working with Alex and AJ. Alex came initially to find out what we needed and he went through samples and spent time with us to determine what we really wanted and what color of shade would be best for our windows. AJ came later to do the measurement and after that the installation. Both of them were so nice and easy to work with. They were very understanding and patient. True professionals! They are very knowledgeable about their jobs. it is a real pleasure to work with them.

Rebecca and Rafael made a great team of designer and installer! They made sure to meet all our needs, and to brainstorm options and solutions. This is our second Stoneside project, and we will happily call on them again Heartily recommend!

Stoneside Blinds & Shades was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jason in Sales was incredibly professional and sharp — he really took the time to understand our space and steered us toward exactly the right shades instead of just pushing the most expensive option. His recommendations were spot-on and tasteful. On the installation side, Ryan was outstanding. I'd actually worked with him before during an office renovation at my workplace and was so impressed that I specifically requested him for my own home. His workmanship is excellent — clean, precise, and done right the first time. It says a lot when a customer follows a specific installer from a commercial job to their own house. Between Jason's expertise upfront and Ryan's craftsmanship on install day, the whole process felt seamless. Highly recommend Stoneside to anyone looking for quality window treatments and a team that actually cares about doing it right.

We chose Stoneside based on their excellent Google reviews, so thank you to all the other reviewers who helped us with this choice! We loved working with Anna, who came to our condo, totally "got" what I was looking for for each window, and helpfully explained all of our options. I also enjoyed my interactions with AJ (Arnaldo), the installer, who came once to take official measurements & a second time to do the install. He was courteous & efficient & skilled, and I'm thrilled by the results. I'm posting one photo of the solar shades we got for our living room (left side is shade down, right side is shade up, just for comparison). Really delighted to be able to cut down on UV and glare while still being able to enjoy the lovely view outside. Highly recommend these folks. Wasn't cheap but I think it will really be worth it.

I would definitely recommend Stoneside Blinds and Shades. We ordered blackout shades to replace old shades in our bedroom. The whole process was easy start to finish. Heather, the designer, came out and we picked the color. She was lovely to work with. Then Dustin, the installer, came out and measured. He just installed the shades today and they are perfect, including the color. Dustin was also so nice and professional. So excited to not have to wear a sleep mask tonight! Thank you!

I've had only the best experience with Stoneside. From selecting coverings with Melanie, scheduling with Caleb, and installing/service with Joe B., the process was flawless. This is a company that stands by their products and clients.

Rob helped us pick out the perfect drapery for our two story living room and was patient through all of my questions follow up emails etc! He even made a separate visit to our house to drop off samples of what we selected when the factory didn’t mail us the correct samples initially. James and Oliver did our install and they were so friendly and helpful, and very respectful in our home and most importantly did an amazing job on the install - it looks perfect! And they even got some small stains out of the drapes that were there upon arrival. Couldn’t recommend this company more!

AJ came out for a service call, and not only made the repair to our motorized shade, but very kindly repaired a similar shade even though it was not one of his company’s. He was courteous and professional and careful. I highly recommend AJ.

We are stoked with our experience purchasing blinds/shades from Stoneside! Johnny provided an excellent in-home walkthrough of every option available, with numerous swatches so we could see the colors & products in action. On install day Scott was able to complete the whole home in 6 hrs - incredible! Each blind/shade is sturdy, beautiful, and was installed with care. We are particularly impressed with the day/night shades that allow you to swap from light filtering to blackout mode. I'd highly recommend you go with Stoneside! They provide exceptional service & quality products.

Overall great experience! I first sat down for a long time with James to choose the type and material for my shades. We went through each room and made sure the material worked, matched and let the appropriate amount of light through. Overall very fun experience talking to James and hearing his expertise! Then the measure and installation was with Dave and again super seamless. He took the measurements and then when he came to install it all went perfectly and the shades look great! Thank you Stoneside for a job well done especially to James and Dave who I worked with!

I had ordered blinds from a different company before and did not have a great experience. Thank goodness I found Stoneside, they took care of everything. So professional! the service was fast, my rep Alex was so responsive and extremely helpful. Vince, who installed my blinds was so efficient and was communicating with me the whole time throughout installation. Great companies like this deserve to be praised for their exceptional customer service. Will absolutely work with them again, and it was honestly such an easy experience. Highly recommend!

Reba was our design consultant and Hector was our installer. We were very pleased with the help we received in picking out our windows shades as we were replacing 20+ year old wood blinds that were starting to warp and chip paint. Hector got all our coverings installed and showed us how to work them. We are very happy with our window coverings and the option to get them motorized. Awesome job by Reba and Hector.

Our sales rep Jason was great. He got us set up with samples quickly and gave us a few price points to see what fit in our price range. Ryan and Bijan came to install our order. They both were on time, polite, and diligent in setting everything up. They answered all my questions and were sure I know how to set everything up before they left. They even vacuumed up after installing to make sure there was no dust left from them.

He worked quickly and made sure to check in with us to see if we had any questions before he left. Rebecca was also great to work with. Easy installation good ongoing service

Been relatively pleased with the quality and service of Stoneside blinds and shades. Had an install issue with our Roman Shades and Installer Hector was sent out to resolve the issue. He worked with me on the tiniest adjustments to ensure the new Roman Shades were setup to our satisfaction. He addressed all my concerns and I appreciate his hard work and dedication to ensuring the consumer’s satisfaction! Job well done! Thank you Hector

Used Stoneside to replace automated skylight blinds that basically never worked. Their manual shade design is beautiful and easy to open and close. Designer (Maria) and installers (Dustin and crew) were all super easy to work with. Wish we had used Stoneside from the beginning!

In spite of some challenges Jon the technician was able to repair our broken shade hardware and also reattach the shade to the roller with precision! Sarah, the Stoneside designer, was smart, patient, tasteful and had a comprehensive knowledge of all of their blinds and shades as she walked me through choosing new blinds for our kitchen and all of our upstairs windows. The turnaround time for getting all of these made was reasonable -- five weeks -- and the scheduler Maria was efficient and cheerful. The installer came and worked quickly on the designated day. When we ran into a problem with one blind in the first month, Stoneside quickly scheduled a repair free of charge, and Amun solved the problem with the shade on the spot. I would definitely recommend this company, although be prepared to pay for the excellent products and services.

Dana was a terrific designer for us. We knew 50% of what we wanted, and she was perfect in filling in the other 50%. We consider ourselves very lucky to have had her leading us. And on installation day we had Scott, who was every bit as good as Dana. Excellent experience on my roller blinds.Harry came on a Saturday and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. And even though I told him I had an estimate from another company he wasn’t pushy. As soon as he left the house I knew that Stoneside was the right choice. Days later Rusty came to take the measurements, and the day of the installation he did amazing! . Specially because there is a sectional couch on the way that he couldn’t move. He came to our home, evaluated the upcoming installation, explained how he would maneuver our high ceilings safely. We just had our shades from Stoneside installed and could not be happier with the outcome. The process went exactly as outlined to us initially. There were no delays even though we actually changed our mind about one of the windows along the way and had to meet with our designer, Anna, a second time to choose a different shade material. Anna was great to work with throughout the process. She was patient with us and helped us choose the right shades and drapery for our home while keeping our budget in mind. The communication from the entire team was great. We were told exactly how long everything would take and what all the different steps along the way would be. AJ, our installer, was good about giving us a heads up about his arrival time and was always on time (both during the measurement appointment and the installation). He did a really great job installing the shades and cleaned up after he completed each window. That was awesome because we had expected to do a lot of cleanup post the installation. Joe came to install and went over and above staying longer to install a set of shades that weren’t scheduled to be installed on that day. Joe came back to install the remainder shades and his expertise was truly evident. Highly recommend Stoneside.

Reached out to Stoneside to select shades and blinds for our windows and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. It started with Rob who took the time to help us choose the perfect colors and fabrics to match our home. Because we have some unusual windows Rob partnered with James the install manager to make sure everything would be built and installed correctly so it would look as good as it functions. We really appreciated them going the extra mile and working with their regional manager to ensure we got the right solutions. Installation was quick and the finish result is exactly what I imagined. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stoneside to anyone looking for window coverings. Ask for Rob and James they’re fantastic!

Stoneside is the best. Abigail, the designer is clearly so good at what she does, she knew right away what would work best in my space and made everything move so expediently. William the installer is amazing too. He was right on time, communicated when he was on the way, pays attention to detail and made sure everything was installed perfectly. He is so kind! This is my second order from Stoneside. I expected excellence and that’s exactly what I got. The installer, Rafiel, notified me letting me know that he was running early (which worked out better for my day’s schedule). He was personable but more importantly, super efficient. Wow! Every step in the process with Stoneside was top-notch and clearly communicated. It was easy to schedule a time with Marti, who was patient and helped guide me through the design process even though I initially wasn't clear on what look I was going for. With her design expertise I now have a beautiful bedroom and living spaces. The shades and draperies came in on time and scheduling the install was quick and easy.
