Our process starts with a free in-home design consultation. During this consultation, we discuss your goals, review product and material options, order material samples, and, in most cases, provide you with a detailed design plan to meet your needs.

The benefits of our design consultations include:

• It's free! There is no charge or obligation on your part.

• You learn about your window covering options from the comfort of your home or office.

• We share many photos of products and arrive with hundreds of fabric swatches to bring your dreams to life.

To maintain safety while providing a five-star experience:

• All design consultants and installers have been trained and certified on CDC recommended safety guidelines.

• When appropriate, our design consultants and installers wear masks, maintain at least 6 feet distance, use hand sanitizer, and use disinfectant wipes to clean all surfaces and sample books before reviewing material samples and installing your products.

• Our Designers always have masks at the ready and are happy to wear one at your request.
